Amazingly crap bottling recycling service; The levels of quality regarding the XXS bottle recycling plant (Will most likely be ‘Temporarily out of order’ past 9pm), and staff willingness to assist are equally bad/non existing.
The overall shopping experience of this Fakta grocery store has unfortunately dropped drastically within the last couple of years. One is far better off using Meny on Borups Allé.

Absolutely horrific!! Fakta seems to hire only rude teenagers that think this is a place where they can act up and insult customers as much as they want. Fakta can you please stop hiring cheap disturbed and confused labour that treat your customers like crap and discriminate them based on racial profiling??? Absolutely disappointing…

Discount, but not so much
The discounts that have been labeled on the products were not actually calculated, so everything was bought full price, even though some products were supposed to be discounted. The cashier did scan one of the promotional labels, but on the receipt it is labeled as "fejl" and disregarded.
