the company is working as a Courier and as a representative for the international FedEx
service is bad After you pay everything appear extra invoice and extra fees for what you have paid before claiming was not included But you never know that it was not included as well.
got a shipment from China Paid door to door shipping cost When's it come for delivery They ask for extra admin fees and they say what was claimed is the shipping cost admin fee was not included You refuse to pay we will destroy your shipment.
referring to the source country they have mentioned that the total cost is paid except the governmental boxes and custom duties which was not applied for my case I referred for Falcon Express qatar with this information they said yes I have 0 custom duty and taxes to be paid But for them to cheque this they had to work and this is extra admin fees was not paid in the source country china.
advising to use all alternatives they have good service them and the DHL they are doing this bad scamming service.
