What a mess! Shipping took nearly one full month.
Customer service took 27 days to reply to my email.
The phone number on the website doesn’t work despite trying multiple combinations. They used to be good but service now non-existent.

Ordered and never received! I assumed because Falke are a well known brand that I would have no issues, wish I had of read reviews here first. No response to any of my communication, trying to get £100 back via PayPal!

Awful begrudging giving them even one star! Still waiting for my two ski base layers:// only been 8 weeks. And then reply to my 4 emails would be helpful £150 they owe me - almost feel theft from them

I was a big fan of Falke socks for many years. The most recent batch I bought was very disappointing. They don’t stay up on the shins. I will not buy this brand again.

Ordered some socks on 11th December based on the 3-5 working days promised on the website. Today is 27th December and I still have no socks and no response to my customer service emails.
Would recommend avoiding this company.

Why didn't I read these reviews before buying from Falke. It's been 2 weeks since my order and the tracking link still says it's on it's way to the parcel centre in Germany.
I know their products are good but it's not worth this week. They clearly do not care one iota for customers outside Germany. Look for an alternative brand.

Delivered the wrong product in a totally damaged box. Customer service is completely unresponsive.

First time I've ordered from this company online. I definitely won't again. No tracking info since the 4th of December. Estimated delivery was the 9th. No reply from customer services. Just says their in-box is full. Seems like a scam.

Wanted to describe my experience with Falke.com, but I see that I am not alone here.
One pair of socks were missing in the order, customer service does not react to email for over 2weeks already. But after reading some comments I realised that I am lucky since it was the cheapest position in the order.
Anyway, their statement about high status of the company does not correspond to reality.

I bought a woollen trouser for 220 euro only 2 months ago and fully torn, frayed, destroyed. Don’t ever buy them..poor workout.

Terrible . First time ordering and items never arrived. PayPal refunded me. Never again, let down and needed the items to wear at an event. Avoid

Shame about the non existent customer service and non existent after-care sales.

It has been a week and a bit and still no socks, no updates, no email response, nothing. No wonder German companies are struggling so much.

I bought two pairs of men’s Lhasa socks, spurred on by claims of ‘high level of durability’ in the product description. How wrong these claims were. Both pairs of socks are threadbare at the heel after less than 20 wears: cheaper socks, bought at the same time, paired with the same shoes and doing the same mileage still look new. I definitely won’t be buying from Falke again.

Do not buy from these people. They lost my parcel, £360 and the customer service rep who could barely speak English did not give me any support, but said that I would receive a refund only if they had the parcel back. They also refused to escalate the complaint

I can confirm that the product is great, however do not buy direct from Germany as you will most likely not receive the product.
The service is very bad and I have been told to ask my post office.
Use Amazon its much more reliable.

Socks were expensive so I expected them to be my best socks. I’m a size 12.5 and large stretched out. Also not a ton of cushioning. I wore on Camino for 200 miles. Love the style but not the best built sock.

Ordered a fair amount of socks to be paid by bill as I did not have my credit card handy. Never received an e-mail confirmation of my order and as I ordered as a guest, I was unable to check the status of my order. Order arrived. I never received a bill. I then received payment reminders by snail mail that were either deliberately mis-dated (i.e. dated much earlier than they were actually sent) or took forever to arrive from Germany to Switzerland, so that when I paid the first reminder, the second was supposedly already on its way (according to the date on the letter). Horrible experience, will never order from Falke again.

This is the worst socked you can buy. I bought a pair from Nieman Marcus for $60 and when I came to wear for just second time i found a hole at the tip of my big toe!!! Very poor quality and never trust their advertisement about it quality or durability

I ordered socks more than a week ago that never arrived. GLS state they were delivered today, but I’ve not received the socks.

Love the products but last order was more than a month ago which has not been delivered. Have filled the forms asked by Falke, sent emails, chased and getting ghosted. VERY POOR service for very expensive socks!
