Bought Dunlop tyres for my i10 about two months ago now and pieces started to fall off from both front and rear tyres. Greek reps came and checked the tyres and agreed sth was definitely wrong for only 3000km set of tyres. So a warranty request was made to Falken Europe responsible for Dunlop and it was rejected for reasons they completely made up!

I think its appalling for a company not to honor a warranty request like that for tyres with only 3000km!!!!

The tyres may be great but I chose this specific brand (over its sister, possibly superior brand) as they were giving a 20EUR cash back voucher.
After having uploaded the relevant information to the website, I never received any vouchers.
I chased it up again and to no avail.
It's dissapointing for a major tyre brand to treat their customers this way.

First time I've used winter tyres and I'm so pleased I used Falken.
No slipping or sliding and braking was effortless. SUPERB!!

Tyres seem reasonable enough but the customer service an web site for checking tyres is appalling, don't bother, search by tyre size is pathetic and time waster, avoid avoid avoid
