STAY AWAY
I had an extremely bad experience at this clinic following a wisdom tooth extraction. While the initial procedure went fine, I developed unbearable pain a few days later. When I returned to the clinic in agony, I was told by a staff member—whom I had never met before—that everything looked fine and there was nothing they could do for my unbearable pain, despite my repeated pleas for help.
Desperate, I went to the emergency dental service that same evening, where they immediately diagnosed a dry socket and relieved my pain within minutes using a simple treatment. The emergency dentist was surprised that my clinic had not recognized or treated this common complication.
Because of this oversight, I suffered several days of unnecessary, intense pain and had to pay extra for emergency care. I also lost valuable time from work. I have sent an official complaint to the clinic twice about this incident and have never received any response.
Would highly recommend to stay away!

It is deeply concerning to learn that your condition was not properly recognized or addressed when you returned to the clinic in discomfort. A dry socket is a well-known complication that can cause significant pain, and we sincerely regret that you were left feeling unheard and unsupported at such a vulnerable time. No patient should have to seek emergency care elsewhere to find relief for something that could and should have been managed here.
