I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my friends birthday. It was straightforward to order and the arrangement received far outweighed my expectations. Thank you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I would give no stars if possible .i ordered flowers for a funeral and requested a white and yellow single end . A price was agreed on the phone and the florist has both my email and phone number. A photo of the arrangement was promised prior to the funeral but this was never received.
On the day of the funeral I looked for my flowers and found a very small posy, I was devastated ! The florist advised that I had ordered a purple and yellow arrangement (I had not my niece ordered this) and that a single end would have cost £170 (strange as interflora charge £60 for what I had requested ). No refund , no apology what did the florist do they then blamed the crematorium.
I would avoid this florist the obviously do not understand the impact their lack of interest in orders and I would take your money and go elsewhere .
