Ordered a Gocycle G4I+ on November 9th and received an email that it was in stock. It’s not November 23rd and still no bike. The tracking number doesn’t work and they don’t respond. Communication from store is poor and they expect you to treat them like they are the customer. Also ordered a bike lock at the same time and that was shipped a week later. Experiences like this is why we are seeing small shops lose to stores like amazon.

They sent the wrong product (13 tooth instead of 12 tooth rear sprocket). Did not have the time to return the shipment before my vacations, so that I now have to keep the wrong item and eventually rebuy the right one.

Completely unreliable. Took my money online for an expensive bike. Sent me a shipping notice. When it didn't arrive a week later I called them and they said it would ship the next day. When I pressed them about why it hadn't shipped already they told me that they never had the bike and refunded my money. Why did it take a week and a phone call?

———No. They did not make a mistake. They had both bikes online (Black/Black and Black/Black Lacquer). They took the one I ordered offline and sent me a shipping notice after I paid. For a week I waited for the shipment to arrive. If they could not ship, I would expect them to contact me and proactively refund. They did not try to contact me to tell me they did not have the bike. They just sat on their hands. Then they told me they would ship it tomorrow. They did not give me a refund until I called.

Perfect ! Quick delivery, a lot of protection in the box. I ordered additional accessory for my Tern D16 (a low rider carrier) and was really happy to see that it was already assembled to the bike. Great service, these people know their job.
