What can you say about a place like this that takes advantage of a 16 year old kid coming in to drop off his car to have service maintenance done with a service maintenance agreement on file, which everything should be free, and proceed to con and then charge him out of $535.00. Flushing the brake line when the brakes were not replaced and do not need replacing $173. $88 for the Air and cabin filters replaced? Cabin filter, really? $204 for the BG Air and fuel induction service, when nothing was needed. The ONLY and I mean the ONLY thing needed was an oil change and the multi-service inspection that was paid for as long as we own the car as part of the service maintenance agreement.
Shame on you Family Toyota of Burleson and your entire service department. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from you and I will definitely tell everyone and anyone I know or who will listen to not buy a vehicle from you as well, because of your shoddy and shady practices. I hope that you learn to treat your customers way better than this especially your younger customers who may not know anything about service and what is needed. Definitely look into hiring honest service managers and workers in your service department because this was a complete travesty of trust. If only ZERO stars was an option.
