experience of communication with the owner
We decided to buy a chair in this store, as it turned out it was the last one left available in the store. We paid for it and one worker started to pack it with the plastic wrap, quite narrow. It was difficult for him, since the chair is round and big. My husband started to help him and then the owner came to us and started yelling at the worker, and then he took him away with him. My husband continued to pack the chair, with my help. We were about to load it into the car and then the owner came running again and started yelling that we had packed it incorrectly, but it was clear that he didn’t like the amount of the wrap used, we asked him twice how much we should pay extra for the wrap, he yelled that he needs nothing and started yelling for us to leave. Here my daughter started crying, but he kept yelling at everyone, at us, at his employee. Then he went to make a refund without us asking to do so and continued yelling. From the moment I paid for the chair until the moment the money was returned, 14 minutes passed, the owner was yelling all this time. Despite the fact that my daughter was crying and he didn’t plan to stop.
Many thanks to the employees, they were polite and correct. But the owner's behavior raises doubts about his ability to behave with people and his ability to control himself. I have the sales receipt and the return receipt.
If you want to ruin your mood for the day, go to this store.
P.S. In the end, we bought the chair in another store, only 30 dollars more. These 30 dollars are not worth my daughter's tears.
