After purchasing my wig I requested a cancellation and was ignored. After receiving the wig it didn’t match the description. (Lighter color) I requested a cancellation/return again no response.

I've been trying to reach Fancivivi about a return since the day I received the wig on March 18th. Your policy states 3 days. However, calls cannot be completed as dial from the phone number on your site. Your email store is understandable and no reply from your support email.

Wig never shipped!
Not good customer service at all. I’ve been waiting on my wig for over a week and don’t seem to understand why it’s not here yet. Nobody responds to messages and it’s purely unprofessional. My wig hasn’t even shipped yet. I needed this wig for an event and now have to figure something else out. I will be requesting my money back.

FANCIVIVI is a SCAM. This is how their scam works, let me explain. First, They will open multiple braided hair wigs website and then scam people for about a year. After that, they will abandon the site and move to their new websites. I have been monitoring this company for long time. They own multiple domain that they use for scam. They own www.fancivivi, www.jaliza and www.mybraidedwig. If you doubt me, Go and look at the websites I mentioned and you would see the similarities in design, WHOIS domain name owner and the fake reviews. The pictures and fake reviews are copied from fancivivi and other fake website that they own. The owner is a notorious scammer from China, who is scamming black women.

I have been ordering from the company for over a year and until now, I placed an order, they never sent me an email to say my product was shipped or it was out of stock. No further communication from them but they took my money. Thank God I payed through Affirm that investigated and returned my money. Did I mention in order to communicate with this company, you have to go to TikToc shop? I’m done with them!!! The wigs are nice but not worth the hassle…

They allowed me to place my order only to turn around and send an automated email stating they needed more info in order to complete the order.
