After purchasing my wig I requested a cancellation and was ignored. After receiving the wig it didn’t match the description. (Lighter color) I requested a cancellation/return again no response.

I've been trying to reach Fancivivi about a return since the day I received the wig on March 18th. Your policy states 3 days. However, calls cannot be completed as dial from the phone number on your site. Your email store is understandable and no reply from your support email.

I need to return this hair unit. Unworn, natted, & not good quality. I sent pics and text'd you right away and got no response or return address. Never again!!!

I ordered two wigs with my order.. Only one wig was delivered.. No one is responding to my emails.. It's been over a month now

The level of communication is just disrespectful. Took almost 2 months to receive. Made multiple attempts to reach out. Started feeling like I got scammed. Only after I involve PayPal I receive a tracking number. Besides that the wig is bomb. This was my 3rd and final order due to the communication issue.

Never received my unit no one has money to just give then there’s no number to reach out too this won’t happen again y’all shud be ashamed of yourself this is not cool like I said y’all won’t get me again

Jul 2024 I haven’t received my recent purchase and customer service is directing me to Instagram. I am fuming.
It’s Sept 2024 now so at this point Fancivivi is being run by scammers who are taking money and giving nothing at all

Not good customer service at all. I’ve been waiting on my wig for over a week and don’t seem to understand why it’s not here yet. Nobody responds to messages and it’s purely unprofessional. My wig hasn’t even shipped yet. I needed this wig for an event and now have to figure something else out. I will be requesting my money back.

FANCIVIVI is a SCAM. This is how their scam works, let me explain. First, They will open multiple braided hair wigs website and then scam people for about a year. After that, they will abandon the site and move to their new websites. I have been monitoring this company for long time. They own multiple domain that they use for scam. They own www.fancivivi, www.jaliza and www.mybraidedwig. If you doubt me, Go and look at the websites I mentioned and you would see the similarities in design, WHOIS domain name owner and the fake reviews. The pictures and fake reviews are copied from fancivivi and other fake website that they own. The owner is a notorious scammer from China, who is scamming black women.

I have been ordering from the company for over a year and until now, I placed an order, they never sent me an email to say my product was shipped or it was out of stock. No further communication from them but they took my money. Thank God I payed through Affirm that investigated and returned my money. Did I mention in order to communicate with this company, you have to go to TikToc shop? I’m done with them!!! The wigs are nice but not worth the hassle…

I ordered from them before and was in loveee…My second time ordering was a nightmare.Communication is TERRIBLE! You have to DM someone on IG in order to get help. They allowed me to place my order only to turn around and send an automated email stating they needed more info in order to complete the order. Then turned around to say the item is out of stock, but I believe it’s because they wanted me to order from another company that they suggested .

Awful communication I’ve ordered 3 times and never have I experienced such. By the way I still don’t have my package

I received a wig that was two times too big for my head and returned it promptly but have yet to receive any further correspondence after repeated attempts to either get a refund or exchange. It has been a terrible experience and I’m super disappointed.

I NEVER received my wig! I never got a tracking number, no one answered my emails! I was SCAMMED out of $189.99😡😤😤😤 I sent numerous messages via social media with NO answers! I never got my wig! Order placed 04/30/24 and got NOTHING!!!!!

I received a china tracking number and is unable to track package. Still waiting on package. 5 days

Slow shipping I never waited 2 to. 3 weeks for a wig just awful

It’s always fast shipping and I love all the wigs I’ve ordered so far.
