I went to google to search Mileen’s name because it’s been so long I wasn’t sure if I would find her. Mileen is responsible for pairing me with the love of my life. In the summer of 2015, I was looking for a new pup and came across Mileens website. At this time she had a litter of zuchon puppies (bichon/shih tzu). The entire process and interaction with Mileen made me feel comfortable about purchasing from her. You can tell that she cares about the homes she places her babies in. I’m shocked at some of these reviews because for me, that screening process is necessary.
I’ll never forget the day I picked him up from the airport. Mileen had 2 puppies flying in to Orange County airport. The weather was so hot that the pups flights were delayed in Houston so they didn’t land until 10p. Mileen wanted a call when we got them, she’s in Mississippi so it was pretty late for her. I called and she started to tell me how I got the calmer of the 2 puppies and the tri-colored one would be a handful. Funny enough, I was actually the one with the tri-colored pup. Still makes me giggle thinking about that conversation. 15yrs later, I can’t say she was wrong. He had a taste for expensive shoes at an early age but we outgrew that. He also became a singer, we call him Chad Sinatra. He feel in love with Marvin Gaye and has been singing ever since. Chad flew all over the country with me our first few years together. He gave me a few scary vet visits and used to take off running out of the house anytime he saw an open door. All things we outgrew. He loves a good car ride but only with the windows down and prefers to be cradled like a baby for belly rubs. For 15yrs, Chad has been a happy, healthy, friendly companion. We have lived in 3 different states. Once upon a time my only child, Chad is now the older brother to a 13yr old shih tzu, 5yr & 2yr old humans and a 1yr old cat. We’ve had a great life together and for that I am grateful.
The reason why you want to buy a dog from someone like Mileen, someone that offends people with a screening or being over protective of her pack is because she knows what she’s doing. People that breed for money, that always have puppies on deck...they are not concerned about the genetics of the pup or possible future health issues but Mileen is. Toy breeds or any pup is a long term investment.
I’ve never met you Mileen, but the love and happiness I have had in my life because of a litter of pups born in your home on 5/8/05, was life changing for me. Thank you for what you do. I’m happy I found your profile again and will send you an email soon with photo updates. I’d love to see if you still think Chad looks like his dad.

Mileen was SO wonderful. I drove two hours to her house to see her setup, and her puppies. I was beyond impressed. Although I am not getting a puppy for another month or two, I was able to see that she was responsible and truly cares about where her puppies go. The friend I took with me was even very impressed.

Finding Mileen and meeting our new baby Maltipoo was the best blessing 2020 could bring us. We could tell immediately that Mileen loved all of her fur babies and wanted to make sure they get the very best care! I was actually quite comforted knowing that she was just as specific about who she let take home one of her babies as we were in finding a trusted breeder. She welcomed us to her home to see our puppy and couldn't have been nicer. Our girls are just smitten with our newest family member, and can't wait to see more pictures until we can pick him up in December. We all know he is in the best care until he gets a little bit bigger and can officially come home. Thank you Mileen!

Mileen is so great at what she does. She truly loves her babies. I got my first yorkie from her in 07 and had many wonderful years with him. He was an amazing dog. My parents just lost their dog and she was the first person I thought of when we began our search for their new baby. I highly recommend her for a breeder if you’re looking for great puppies.

MILEEN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. WHILE SHE DIDN'T HAVE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING, SHE KINDLY REFERRED ME TO ONE OF HER MANY BREEDER FRIENDS. WE ENDED UP WITH EXACTLY THE PUPPY WE WANTED!

Do not be offended when Ms Coulter interviews potential owners.
Ms Coulter knows her stuff about her babies, & she loves them all.You must prove your sincerity to her so she is assured you will take proper care of your puppy. Teacups require extra care, & she WILL insure her babies ONLY go to people who demonstrate they understand that. If you are offended to be interviewed in the best interest of her puppies then you don’t need a teacup. I educated myself so I could assure her I know how to take care of a teacup.
My teacup Maltipoo is a little over a year old & he is the most precious baby. Every single thing Ms Coulter told me happened just like she said. She expected him to weigh 6 lbs at maturity & he weighs 5.5 lbs. He adapted easily to his new home & normal household noise & isn’t skittish. He is super smart & quickly learned new commands. He learned his name the first day. He is very inquisitive & he worships his humans. My only regret is I didn’t buy his brother, too.

Myleen was extremely helpful in assisting me in my search for a puppy. Even though I was out of her vicinity for one of her puppies she put me in touch with a breeder in my location. Thank you so much for all of your time and information on the breed!

I called Fancy Poos for a puppy and they didn't have any. Mileen was so sweet, she found a pup for me that was closer to where we lived. I would have loved to have got a pup from her becuase I could just tell she is very knowledgable and cares so much about puppies and the people buying one. 5 stars all the way to fancy poos!

I was looking for a new puppy with Fancypoo4u. They did not have the puppy I wanted and they gladly referred me to another breeder in my state that did. I thought this was awesome of them to provide this information for me. Thanks Fancypoo4u!!!

I think it’s very rude to tell someone over the phone what kind of dog YOU think they need versus what THEY asked for! Very rude and rushes off the phone because apparently I’m not good enough to sell a teacup to because you are “very particular about WHO” you sell your pups too? We’ve never met! I don’t want a big dog! Why is this website even up? And also tries to explain why several people made it clear to you they were highly capable of caring for a puppy they would like to spend their money on? Are you trying to sell pups or insult people?

Extremely rude when asking for information regarding puppies. Would not recommend.

I purchased a beautiful male cockapoo from FancyPoo4U in 2007. I have had many dogs all my life. This one is the healthiest and most lovable, easy going dog I've ever had.
As he is now twelve years old, he is still
bringing me joy. Everyone he comes in contact with adores him. People always ask what kind of dog is he. I would highly recommend getting a puppy from FancyPoo4U.

Our Shih-Poo Sammy-Joe came from Ms Mileen in 2004. He was the best companion ever! Very healthy all 15 years old of his life!

We are currently waiting to purchase our second pup from her. She loves all her babies just like her own. No Puppy Mill here, just home raised dogs. Cindy

I had a wonderful experience purchasing our lovable Maltipoo. We searched everywhere for a black and white Maltipoo and were so excited to find one that wasn’t too far from home (Texas). From start to finish she answered my questions about the breed, potty training and purchasing. She even offered to meet me part of the way since were were driving from Texas. Our puppy was beautiful and has the best personality. Each day he is more and more fun. We took him to vet within 48hrs of receiving him and he was in perfect health and still is! Our family is in love and Mileen was great to work with.

Either seller is rude or apparently doesn't know the difference between email and text.

I sent an email and it was replied to with "I don't use text to sell puppies. Email only. My email is xxx@xxxx. Send an email and I will be happy to answer.

I checked my email. I was in email. I even screenshotted it and sent it back as proof. But oh well. Apparently this seller has plenty of money and doesn't need mine.

This finding a dog for my kids thing has been a disaster because of our family's specific needs. I was opening my mind to the idea of dog buying because of the good reviews and reference on the specific breed. Shelters and adoption agencies haven't quite had the right fit. This was the first person I reached out to to ask questions, and I expected a somewhat warmer response, I guess.

I should probably remember from here on out, that dog shopping means sales people. If they want to sell you something, they're kind and warm and friendly. If they don't have anything at the moment to meet your needs, you aren't worth their time.

Either that, or she needs to learn how to use her phone/email.

We purchased a black and white male Malti-poo puppy from Mileen at 10 weeks of age in December, 2108. In previous contacts, she was very helpful in selecting the right puppy for us. We initially thought we wanted a female, but we are very glad that we got a male. He is a beautiful puppy and everyone wants to know where we got him.

Puppy came with initial shots and record of veterinary exam. An exam by our local veterinarian confirmed that he was perfectly healthy and he has remained in excellent health.

After much research into what breeds would be good for our family and lifestyle, We brought home our blonde, male, maltipoo we adopted from fancypoo4u on December 23,2018 as a Christmas present for our daughter. He has become, perhaps even demanded, the center of attention in our house. Bentley is great with our daughter and we couldn’t be happier with the breed and the breeder. He is very intelligent and picks up on cues and training easily. He is loving and just wants to please us and is so excited when he hasn’t seen one of us, even if it has just been 30 minutes! Mileen Coulter was pleasant to deal with. We communicated regularly and discussed what to expect once he came home with us. I would recommend.

I called , she answered & she was so helpful. I was stressed because I wanted the perfect puppy for our sons birthday and our family. She gave me the contact information on who to call / email and the next week we had our loving, sweet Shih-Poo. I will be forever grateful . She took her time with me as I was also looking for a puppy within our price range. I'd contact her anytime so she can help you find your little companion.
