I have made a few orders over the past year. Every one was late and most had damaged products. April 1st I placed an order and haven't received anything. April 11 I placed an order and nothing. 1 email was returned and they said they were sorry and my order would ship in a day or two. That was a week ago and still nothing.
Other emails have not been returned.
I have pre-ordered a calendar to be shipped in January. Until March after 3 months still didn’t not got my order despite many emails I have sent with no update or response. Super unprofessional sales services and your money will be lost.

Sir, your shipping address was unable to be verified through Shipstation and we emailed you several times requesting confirmation. We refunded your payment in full. Your money was not lost and this review seems to be quite misleading.
Never got shipping info and never shipped. Asked through email and got no response. Asked through Instagram and said they'll email me, never did. It's been months and nothing. Sounds like they just scamming people. Says on site ships in 3 days but they lie.
