Dear Mr Camenisch,
we are sorry that you have not received your parcel yet. Your order was sent on 20th January from Austria by post, the delivery to Switzerland normally requires about two weeks, because all parcels remain a few days at the Swiss customs, where they are controlled. The Swiss Post will inform you as soon as your parcel can be delivered. We are sorry, but in this case we have no influence on the delivery period: as Switzerland is not an EU member the Swiss customs collects import duties.
