Ordered and payed for delivery - the items never arrived although the money was swiftly taken out of my bank account. Tried numerous times and different email addresses to try and contact the seller - and heard nothing! Thankfully my bank was able to reverse the charge! Absolutely terrible service - please do not use this website / seller as you won't get your items and could end up out of pocket.
Like other people, I haven't received my order, and have had no response from the seller. Had to request a refund via PayPal in the end. A real shame as the products looked great, and were going to be a gift for a friend.
Placed an order, told it would take 1-2 days to pack (a candle) and would be delivered within 7 days. Been 10 days now and no dispatch email or delivery. I've tried contacting 3 times, been completely ignored. Now requested a refund, ignored also, surprise surprise. Absolutely appalling, avoid this "company" at all costs.

Returned an item several weeks ago and didn't get a refund, still not heard anything back despite several emails (to various addresses) as well messages on Facebook and Instagram. Avoid.
Bought a basic card for £3.50 with a staggering £3.00 postage. Got confirmation email and website said I would be advised when it was dispatched. 8 days later, the birthday had come and gone but the card never arrived. Emailed and tried the chat functions but absolutely zero response. Have now asked for refund but of course, more silence.
UPDATE - Arrived 10 days after placing the order. 95p postage after being charged £3. Returned to sending....again, heard nothing!
