I ordered two garlic presses at the beginning of Feb 2021 and to date March 16th have not yet received them. The tracking shows that they were delivered but I never received them.. I have written to the company 6 times now and have never received an answer. They have my money and I have nothing!!

I feel that I was scammed and have absolutely no recourse...

If I could leave a zero star I would! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! At this point, they won’t even respond! I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund or replacement for the knife I never received! They tell me contact USPS. A reputable company would send me what I paid for 3 months ago and take it up with the USPS themselves. My bad for not reading the reviews... I’m now doubting it was ever shipped. Fannke, you guys suck!

I purchased garlic press. Very bad idea, doesn't perform as they say. I am better off with traditional type garlic press. God awful gadget, overpriced

I was overcharged for an items .
Tried to get a refund.
They responded with explanation for another item. I told them what I had bought.
Never heard from them again.

DO NOT BUY THE GARLIC PRESS!!! I was sucked in and when it arrived, it doesn't work at all and even sliced my thumb open when I applied pressure to due to the sharp edges on the utensil. It's total garbage and lies. Avoid it like the plague!!!

I ordered three garlic presses that were supposedly delivered on January 11th in my mailbox but I never received them and they have not responded to my email. I hesitated to even order these and wish I had done more research first. Their policies say that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Save your money. All this does is squish and flatten the cloves. Useless, and as an Italian who cooks a lot, very frustrating. Bought these garlic presses months ago and due to delays in shipping, just now received them. Way past the return date so I am out the money for a product that does not work. Wish I had done more research before this purchase. And seeing that they’ve now blocked all the comments from their Facebook posts (which wasn’t like that before) is a giant red flag.

I received the garlic press as a Christmas gift. It appears to be well made, but all the rocking by either me or my husband would not even cleanly press a single clove of garlic - even if I smashed it first. There is always residue on the outside of the blade that you have to hand chop. Yes, it is easy to clean. Would not recommend.

Do not purchase from this company. I wasted $25 Australian, as the product was never delivered. Fannke claimed that it was, but had no evidence except the words "local courier" and "delivered". It wasn't. And there was no way to follow it up. Shocking service!

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered in December. Both garlic mincers arrived scratched and dirty. It definitely doesn't mince, it squashes, if that. And poorly made -- bits of plastic jutting out from where metal meets handle.

Ordered this as well like others in the review from a FaceBook add. Got the item today and don't even want to try it as the item appears to be used. It stinks like garlic already and the "stainless" steel is rusty and the black plastic handle has been cut or scratched by knives.

This is the WORSE product I ever ordered.
The garlic press doesn’t press, it smashes, and you can’t return it if you used it. How would I know it doesn’t work unless I try it.
A BIG RIPOFF.

Very questionable company. Ordered 12/4 & still haven't received it. They have numerous contact addresses but no phone #. Tracing company is useless.

Just like the others, ordered from Facebook ad, CC charged, but nothing received, their website shows order "pending shipment" for a month, and no response via FB messenger or email. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Wish I would have checked first. Now canceling via Visa CC.

I ordered one garlic press in December about a month ago and still haven't received it. The web site suggested I track it with a company called "Free Tracking" or something like that. This "FreeTracking" site charged me $13 to track this package. Free indeed. At least, when I called,, they did give me a refund. Incidentally, I learned there was a $5 or so shipping charge that came as somewhat of a surprise. It's now January 6 and still no garlic gadget.

Ordered the "buy 3 get 1 free" garlic press. Received 2. Sent email asking about remaining order. No response. Does not seem to be a trustworthy company.

The construction is very good, but the press do not work. It mashed the garlic instead of mincing it! The video is a fake. Don't buy this product!!!!

Ordered garlic presses "Christmas Sale" on Dec. 11. Their "tracking" service shows that the order has been sitting in Washington state for a week after taking two weeks to get there. Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before ordering. I notice the positive reviews are for products the company does not offer. I question their validity.

What a scam. The product I received was not at all what was pictured in advertisements. The workmanship was terrible - sharp edges not even sanded, different overall shape, a gap between the handle and the body of the garlic press, and the grid that does the chopping is completely different, much larger holes than pictured. Whatever factory they used to produce these did a terrible job and did not meet specifications. I’m obviously going to insist I get my money back.

I ordered the buy 3 get 1 free garlic presses on Dec.18 and only a shipping label has been created. They haven't shipped at all. It is now Dec. 30. They have not responded to any emails and do not seem to have any customer support. Avoid this company. I'm very disappointed I didn't check for reviews before purchasing.
