items in my box were wet because of the shampoo which was not closed properly. things like this happen, it is ok. what is NOT OK is that I contacted customer service of Farmacialoreto and received zero feedback. disappointed.

very disappointing experience
I ordered supplies for my UK clinic. Half of the order (the important items) was out of stock although it listed on the phamacy website. Without discussing with me they cancelled half of the order and only sent the other half, yet they charged in full the delivery fees which is very expensive. The items I bought with the delivery were more expensive than if I bought them from the UK. They did not reply to my emails. I will never use again.

Quick easy delivery to the UK.
The purchase was made very easy and delivered very quickly by courier to the UK. Similar products are unavailable in the UK and I was not prepared to pay twice as much to buy something from the US.
