The worst and scam and thief company. They should go to Jail. I bought two products from their website and they said they are out of order and they should refund my money but I don’t receive any money in my bank im waiting for 3 months till now no reply refund. They don’t answer the email. There is not number to call. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS WEBSITE AGAIN NEVER AND EVER. They are Fraud please aware this site to buy..,

I placed an order on 2nd July 2025, and the status remained “in process” for a couple of days. After I reached out to enquire, I was told the order had been reordered, which was never communicated initially.

I received a tracking number through a link they provided, but the tracking status never updated. When I entered the same tracking number directly on the official website of the logistics company, it said the number was not found.

This raises serious concerns. It appears that the tracking system they shared is fake or deliberately misleading, and to make matters worse, I never received an invoice for my purchase.

At this point, I have lost nearly 100 euros, and there has been no resolution. This experience feels like a scammer.

I have bought products from this website many times and I was really satisfied with it. However, my last order with the order number of 1018189573 that I had placed on 6th of April, did not sent to me. I received an email, saying that they will refund the money in 14 days, but they never did it until now. I have sent them tens of messages, but there is no respond.

Always Buy Through PayPal is my advice if you decide to buy from Farmae

This company sent me an email that part of my vitamin order was unavailable after previously giving me a message that they were on their way and after a long delay. Because I bought through PayPal they refunded that part of order after weeks since ordering. They never sent the last part of order, were very difficult to get a response from , then claimed it was delivered which it wasn’t and ignored at least three emails from me over a few weeks after a brief email telling me to check if a neighbour had it. There was even incomplete and incorrect information sent to me regarding the claimed delivery. So today, after many many weeks since ordering and my having raised a claim with PayPal, I got my refund for the final item I never received. Without PayPal, I’m sure I would have lost all my money. Even with the reassuring presence of PayPal I still would not recommend anyone to buy from this site. Unfortunately, I neglected to check them out here first.

I ordered 2 items in March, got one of them but other one was not available so they emailed me that unsent item will be refunded. It's already late-June, and I am still not refunded! And it's impossible to reach them out!

They are scammers. I ordered products from them with the condition that they would be delivered to my home, but instead they drop things off at nearby pickup points like pharmacies. You can't even pay extra to get proper home delivery. On top of that, they don't offer any kind of refund and never respond to messages or calls. As cheap as it might be to shop here, you still need to receive the products, not just pay for them and then have no idea where they are. Avoid this place as soon as possible and go with more reliable online pharmacies. These guys, together with Bartolini (in Italy), are outrageous.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! I ordered some vitamins 2 months ago... They said they are out if stock, I requested a refund, they said in 14 days I will get it. Still nothing! Costumer service non existent! Ive sent multiple emails no response.

I’ve placed an order on the 19/4, a few days later they canceled my order because they didn’t have some of the products in store. They offered a refund. A refund that as of today they haven’t released. 2 month later and still waiting after I have emailed them an insane amount of time via their website and via email and each time I have being ignored. Absolutely disgraceful and ridiculous. Do not buy from them!!! There’s plenty of good pharmacy on the internet this one isn’t one of them!

I read the reviews about the fake stock availability but wanted to try anyway. Unfortunately also my products were not available after one week waiting for the delivery. I am now waiting for the refund.

I didn't receive either the order ( missing products), either the refund after 19 working days ( declared 14 working days).

No refound for missing product after 40 days

I ordered 4 products on the Farmaé website and as of yet, have not received a tracking number that works. Customer service does not respond to any emails.
AVOID!

Update: there seems to be an understaff situation going on. Which is understandable but not the best for the business.

There has been 0 communication from the company's side. Order placed then complete silence, no shipment, no reply when I asked for a cancellation.
Please cancel my order and place a refund.

Made my order, 5 days later got email with fake shipping number for DHL. Wrote an e-mail to them, no reply. 2 weeks later still no reply, still no delivery. Filled claim with Paypal, got money back after an hour. Ordered elsewhere. Hour later got email from Farmae with real tracking number. Only thing that pushed them to send my items was a claim with PayPal. Do not use anything else to pay if you really need to buy something from them. Better find other shop. Avoid them is the best option.

Very disappointed with my experience with Farmaè. I placed an order in February and received an email saying that the item was out of stock. They promised a refund within 14 business days, but it’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t received anything..

I ordered a bigger amount of Pasta and got the information that there are problems by delivering and get a refund for the payment I made at the 4th of Feb. 2025. Since that I wrote serveral E-Mails but STILL GOT NO REFUND (today is the 28th of April 2025!)!!!
I don´t have any hope that I get my money back. And in this case it would be not just a very bad service - it would be fraud. Watch out!

In data 7/04/2025 ho ricevuto una mail che mi confermava l’avvenuta spedizione dei prodotti e il relativo link per il tracking.
Ho aspettato per giorni che avvenisse la consegna presso il punto consegna da me indicato ma ad oggi il pacco risulta riconsegnato al mittente presso una loro sede operativa di Ospedaletto.
Ho provato a chiamare il numero indicato sul sito, ho inviato una mail al customer care e ho compilato 4 volte il form sul sito senza ricevere alcuna risposta!!
La scorsa settimana ho ricevuto mail con documento commerciale di farmaci che non ho mai ricevuto e di cui non ho avuto il rimborso! Il customer care è inesistente! Pessima esperienza!!

On 31/03/2025 I placed an order of almost 100€ having already bought in the past years on Farmaé.
On 7/04/2025 I received an email confirming that the products had been shipped and a link for tracking.
I have waited for days that the delivery took place at the point of delivery indicated by me but today the package is returned to the sender at their operating headquarters in Ospedaletto.
I tried to call the number indicated on the site, I sent an email to customer care and I filled out 4 times the form on the site without receiving any answer!
Last week I received an email with a commercial document of drugs that I never received and for which I did not get a refund! Customer care is non-existent! Bad experience!

Although my order was cancelled, I was refunded right away. So they are a genuine company.

I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, they apologized and reassured me that the refund was “in progress,” but nothing ever happened. It’s unacceptable to take customers’ money for unavailable products and then delay refunds indefinitely.

Poor service and zero accountability.
