Duck this company. I ve ordered to my home in Germany. First of all I wanted to change my order by sending the package to pack station right after I ve bought those items from website. They answered me few days later saying that they were are too busy to answer right away so they can't change my delivery address. Today I've got a message that my package is coming back to the seller because they couldn't deliver it. I was home all day and waiting. If you want to wait 2 weeks for nothing go ahead!

Never received my order
I have ordered a package which I have never received — 49 euros down the wind.
Their call center is never available and I've sent them multiple inquiries regarding my missing parcel and they've never answered.
All in all, I was scammed and I hope you won't be as well.
P.S. I sent the email to the address below 3 days ago and didn't get a response — a waste of time just like the previous 10 tries I tried to contact them. For anyone who is in the same situation, remember that there are lawyers in the EU who provide customer protection services for free.

Received wrong order not what i order…
Received wrong order not what i order sent about 20 emails with proof of pictures and order no and still no response #update yes Farmae got in contact after this rewiew was put up didnt response to any of the emails i sent direct issue still not resolved as farmae asked for barcode details that were sent with wrong order email sent with all details and still no response from this company a joke at this stage and as for the reply they gave on this site looks like everything is resolved update #customer care from Farmae have not look after this issue keep sending emails looking for barcode off delivery details have sent them 3 different times and still this issue is not resolved so Farmae please stop say here all is been look after you mix up the delivery received wrong item simple this issue is now going on 2 weeks with emails been sent on my behalf Farmae has requested
