Prices are quite lower than in Italian pharmacies, the convenience of having a pharmacy 24-hr and easy-to-use website. It has become my supplement store. Also, delivery times are quite reasonable.

Ora è ok, ma....
Compared to some time ago, it has significantly speeded up order processing.
The only problem now is the courier, which is incredibly slow: it takes over a week to deliver the order!
Why not use traditional couriers, which have a more widespread presence throughout the country?
We imagine it's a question of cost, but it's also worth considering that when evaluating purchases from an online pharmacy, product delivery times are a major consideration...

Poor Customer Service - Does Not Allow Cancellation
I placed an order and then needed to cancel (well within 1 day of ordering) as the order had not shipped yet. They waited nearly 5 hours before responding to my WhatsApp message and within that timeframe shipped the order out. They said that they were unable to cancel the order as it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service and unclear cancellation policy.

I had to pay to change the delivery address of an order.
One minute after placing the order, I wrote to customer support to ask for a change of the delivery address. Since then, I opened tickets both with them and with the courier, but nothing worked. I had to pay €5 to change the shipping address. Terrible customer service
