The set up is the same as all of the other providers with the questionnaire, quick approval and shipping, etc. I chose this company because they advertise 1:1 video consultations. This is not true. Once you are signed up, there's no mention of it (only during the sales process). After an extensive search, I couldn't figure it out, so I emailed customer service. They tried to dissuade the video consultation, and wanted to set a phone only. I insisted, we set it up and the clinician never showed up. When I emailed to let them know, there was no apology, just an excuse of technical difficulties. We set up another one and again, no show with the excuse of 'technical difficulties'. Again, not told to me at the time. They tried to push the phone only again. The whole thing didn't sit well with me and felt super dodgy. I cancelled my subscription and definitely do not recommend.
