My first order, a resounding success, plants arrived in excellent condition and this was largely due to the first rate packing. I am now considering the plants for my next order, so pleased to find a nursery which not only sells healthy plant, but cares about how they are packed and arrive.

I gave the Company a 5 star review a couple of days agoand, having bought more plants from them want to add second one. I rang them yesterday to ask for their advice before selecting items and the employees I spoke were extremely helpful and keen to provide advice. I gave my order over the phone and asked that the plants be posted as as soon as possible - they arrived today and, most importantly, they are top quality and really did "exceed my expectations". Highly recommended.

Ordered some Hellibore seedlings as best price on the net. Said 8 to 10 and i got 12 of the most Healthy, Well straw packed specimens. Obviously handled with so much care. So glad i,ve found Farmyards, more orders a definite now from me. Thankyou so much.

So very helpful. I was buying via their website. After the order went through, I received a phone call from a very friendly member of the team, to say one plant was out of stock. She recommended another and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Package arrived today and I am thrilled with the size and health of the plants. Ill definitely be recommended them to my friends and I will be heading to the nursery in the spring to buy more plants. They really do have some unique varieties.

This plant nursery is like nothing we have been to before (and we've been to a lot).
We we're blown away with the size of it and the amount of different plants that the stock.
The staff were lovely and one lady showed us were the trees were and helped us choose a lovely magnolia tree for our garden.
We would definitely recommend giving this place a visit and will definitely be going back next year for more plants.

Not a great initial experience as the plants arrived rather the worse for wear (appreciate that sending plants by courier can, at best, be difficult for nurseries). However, Richard - the owner - contacted me quickly and arranged to send me replacements, which arrived today in tip top condition. Very happy with the new plants and with the help/assistance offered by Rich (from the invoice it's clear that he packed up the replacement plants himself, which was much appreciated).

Ordered some plants after quite some confusion regarding stock which were below par when they arrived. However, the company were very keen to put matters right, sent a couple of extra plants as compensation and offered to send more extra plants free of charge. Although I have declined their latest offer (I don’t require extra plants) to remedy the situation, they have gone over and above to rectify matters and in this respect I have been very impressed with their customer care which I have to say has exceeded that offered by most companies.

Absolutely first class and honest service. Kept up communication all the way and messaged me with a slight problem with my a couple of the plants I ordered. As soon as this was resolved the plants were despatched and reached me the next day. Extremely well packed and the plants were beyond my expectations. Nice to deal with such an honest company.

Plants are of excellent quality. Parcel was securely packaged without damaging plants.

Sadly DPD extended transit time due to problems in their network. Plants recovered well.

Ordered a 10 ltr Sambucus Nigra Black Lace over the weekend, together with 5 x 9cm pots of Lupins. They were delivered before 11am today! Beautifully packed in a cardboard box well protected by straw. Really pleased with all the plants, particularly the Sambucus given its size. A beautiful proportioned specimen which emerged from the box with absolutely no damage whatsoever. Given my experiences with some other suppliers, I am well pleased. This is the second time I have purchased from Farmyard, previously I bought a number of Hellebores, probably about 3 years ago and all are thriving. Many thanks.

Although plants were ok I never received my replacement plants. Contacted them several times, received a response once but haven't heard or received anything since. Quite dissapointed.

I bought six beautiful trees recently. Had to have them delivered. Very helpful staff available to select the perfect trees for me. Delivered on Sunday by a member of staff on his day off- they were so busy during the week.
I really appreciated this gesture as I hoped to get them planted up before the rain. Sadly no rain but the trees look perfect.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Ordered 3 plants and two looked almost dead or at best v unhealthy. They both died soon after. Ordered one geranium which survived, but the other two were the expensive ones. A couple of messages to them first one said they were 'looking into it' and then just stopped responding after that.

There’s a really nice selection of plants on the website & I was very happy with the plants I received & how they were packaged up.
Would definitely recommend to others - and will be ordering from again soon

I was most impressed with the customer service when I phoned with a question, and the the order was afterwards taken over the phone.
The plants arrived on time, delivered promptly and in great condition, sensibly and sustainably packed in compostable bags protected from transit damage with clean straw.They are all super little plants, healthy, evenly-sized.Terrific value in my opinion. I will use this nursery again.

There does seem to be an issue of listing plants as in stock but on ordering (my last 2 orders) I have received text that ordered plants are not in stock. I check their website and they are still listed as in stock. This has happen on consecutive orders.
