No refunds. Bad quality. Resell scam from Shein/temu, etc

The inability to get a refund for any of their items is ludicrous. The quality is poor. They are buying and then upcharging from cheap sites.
Granted I didn't look at the return policy because there was a banner at the top saying free returns, but they only offer store credit. I don't want anything from them. Malicious greediness.

Scam?

Nothing was wrong with the purchase - it came on time and I received everything I had ordered however I noticed that the quality isn't great. Did some research and I found the products I had ordered on Amazon so that's a shame. Definitely my fault for not looking sooner but I'm pretty sure this site is just upselling Amazon products by a lot. Don't shop here.

Took 15 days just to get my item

Took 15 days just to get my item, 12 days for them to actually get it moving and one of the items wasn't anything near what I ordered. One was great I will give then that but overall it was a terrible experience and I definitely won't use them again. I highly recommend anywhere else but this site

Bad communication

Can’t talk to anyone. I place an order, tried to contact them through email and got no answer back, tried to talk to them through the customer service and no help again.
Trying to track my order and can’t. No contact number. Don’t even know where is the order coming from.
Disappointed because I have a special occasion and I have no idea if it will be delivered before the date or not.

Return policy is a scam

Return policy is a scam - they don't do returns or refunds, only store credit and only after you destroy the item and send a photo. The fact they want you to destroy it shows that it's worthless.

Ordered on 10th Feb

Ordered on 10th Feb, despatched 19th Feb. In this day and age, to send an item out NINE days later is a joke. Probably will have to wait another 28 days to receive the item and buyer beware because it appears it's being shipped from China, so will probably end up in the bin anyway. Looks like I wasted £50. Not even a message to let me know item is out of stock or is delayed, good job I didn't need it for valentines day!

Very happy with my purchase and I’m…

Very happy with my purchase and I’m already looking for my next one. I’m a large (22) and busty (DDD) woman and XXXL fit me fairly well. The cups are a little small for me, but my husband doesn’t mind if my “cups overflow”. Other than that it fit great. I did take a bit of a chance since XXXL wasn’t defined on their size chart, but I’m glad I did!

Lack of ability to return items needs emphasizing

Don't buy multiple sizes to return some later, even if unworn - you will only be able to get store credit.

This creates confusion and mixed messaging regarding the returns policy.

I specifically bought 3 of the same bodysuit (different sizes), so I could send 1 back as I would leave 1 in tact. It was not worn nor opened, it was still sealed and not removed from its original wrapping. However, carrying out the return process for 1 bodysuit, I cannot return it for a refund... only store credit. If I would have known this, I would have bought less and been more careful. Thus it feels a bit scammy for the company to not be more up front about the specifics of what can and cannot be returned.

No return policy and no size chart

No return policy and no size chart. I wish I used my brain before purchasing. Sure their popular bodysuit is okay but anything with actual bra cups, I’d 100% avoid. In general, lousy experience and not worth the money.

Edited to reply: I totally understand why places may not have a return policy, but that is not what your customer service representative told me at all. They said no returns, period. They offered an exchange, which I’m still waiting to see will go through. So that concern is juuuust strong enough to not give me my money back but insist I spend it on something else. And take back the goods to re-sell them, I imagine. Just nothing about this experience has been good. If any of this is true, you will train your customer service team accordingly. Best of luck.

Hugely disappointing

I was amazed when i first stumbled across the ad on Instagram. I adore beautiful lingerie and the styles really appealed to me. I saved up and chose three sets to order after having checked the returns policy. Sadly, none of the sets fitted me (i have slimmer hips and a big bust) and i wanted to return them immediately . Despite multiple mails over many months i still haven't received a reply or instruction for a refund. So i have three sets which are impossible to wear and i am down 160 pounds.

Fake website selling low quality rubbish

Very low quality products that are very over priced. I get the impression the clothes I’ve received are copies of those shown on the website. Please don’t spend your hard earned money like I have, you can get better quality for a lot less money elsewhere. One strap on a bra I received has been stitched on inside out. Their policy is no refunds, only credit notes but I didn’t want anything else because of the low quality. I did inform them my statutory rights entitled me to a refund for the faulty bra but they provided me with an address in America and me having to pay for the return postage and once they received it the would decide if it was faulty. I wasn’t willing to take that risk so have decided to cut my losses and take this as a lesson learned. I have never ever heard in my life of a clothes business having a no returns policy on bodysuits!!?? That should of made me realise something was not right. £100 I’ve spent on some really cheap and faulty clothing. Please avoid this company!
