I would give you a ZERO

I would give you a ZERO, but that’s not possible. Ives asked for a refund more than 12 times after ordering order which was during the 24hr period. You did everything in your power to ignore me during those 24hrs until I only had like 9hrs left is when you want to get in contact with me. Even then you kept asking me if I want to keep my order, which I’ve stated multiple times that I don’t want to keep the order and I just want my money back. I’ve reported you guys to FTC, because this is unacceptable. You claim to be a Christian brand but use god to get money. It doesn’t take that onto reach out to someone. Especially about their own order. You are a terrible company, and you are stealing money from your “buyers” which I don’t think is real. You have violated the- Unfair or Deceptive Acts (UDAP/Federal Law) – Sellers can’t mislead consumers with refund policies they don’t intend to honor. This is a violation under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act and most state consumer protection laws. I have the evidence to prove to you that you have did everything in your power to ignore me. I hope your site gets taken down. 0/10

I didn’t receive my package and had evidence on my tracking information. They did nothing about it even though I had purchased a worry free purchase on top of the price if the product. They lied to me telling me they couldn’t give me a refund and refused to help me in any other way.

Poor quality, return policy is horrible.

Let me start by saying the shipping takes a long time. It took almost a month to get my order. I ordered the items on May 18 and received them on June 5. I ordered two sweaters for my wife which cost $97 with shipping. She and I were thoroughly disappointed with the quality and fit of the products. I should have read the fine print on the return policy because it is abysmal. They do not cover return shipping if you open it, but you won’t know if anything is wrong with the item if you don’t open the packaging and look at it or try it on. The cost of returning the items would have been as much or more than I paid for them, depending on the shipping carrier used. Do not buy from this company. The quality of the materials are poor.
Their reply is automated and it is an absolute lie.

Gift from God

The shop is amazing and produces really high quality Christian apparel. The shipping added a bit to the cost and it took a little while to arrive but it was absolutely worth the wait because the quality of the item I ordered was exemplary. I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Virgin Mary Mobile Cover for Samsung Mobile

I bought a mobile cover with the Virgin Mary. They made it possible for my Samsung Phone and ILOVE it!!! Customer Service was really nice, answering fast and efficient….. It took around 2 weeks to come to Germany. I really happy. Great company !
