Little bumps in the road this time.
I sent the boxes out in mint condition. And they were rated at less than meant because of one minor transportation bump in 1 which could have easily popped right out.
I understand that I ticked the wrong box and strips look alike, I understand and accept that I selected the wrong kind. And I am cool with that.
I sent an email to customer service indicating to use a promo code. Because I could not find the place to enter it online. They said it would be used, but it was not.

You sent us G7 sensors that were the DME version not the retail version you placed on your order. We did a fair adjustment and paid you for the supplies .We list all of our DME Dexcom supplies separately than the retail version as they do have a very different price point. Promotion Issue
The order was fine -5-star as usual, however the site promoted a “code” to use to get an added gift. This is why I rated this experience as a 2. There was no code for October on the site nor in the email sent to me. I assume it wasn’t there as I asked for proof and I was not provided with it. If you are banking on a prize from this vendor, use caution and clarify it with the vendor so there are no ill feelings.
The vendor does list the “code” in the email but it is not easily identified. It is printed in the exact same font/format as the paragraph header it is mentioned in. However, if you do not open all the downloaded graphics it is completely missed because the vendor makes it impossible to see unless you download all the images for the email. It is NOT easily identifiable and that issue in and of itself is a questionable, non-transparent move on the part of the vendor.
