Booked a car for 48h.
Vehicle was changed last minute to a larger model than requested.
Used the car for ~2 hours only.

Later charged AED 2,000 for a scratch, with no clear proof, no cost breakdown, and no response from management despite repeated follow-ups and promises to escalate.

Paid to move on, but would not trust this company due to lack of professionalism and transparency.

I booked a Lexus LC500 V8 through FasterCar’s website. When I received the car, it turned out to be the LC500h (V6 hybrid), not what was advertised and not what I ordered. I immediately showed them screenshots proving the website clearly stated V8.

Instead of fixing their mistake, they denied responsibility, claimed it was “the same car,” and only offered a vague promise of a future discount, which they never actually gave. To make things worse, the website description was later changed, and I was then asked to provide proof again.

No accountability, no compensation, and very poor customer service. Misleading advertising and unprofessional handling. I would not recommend this company.

Never rent car from this company. If you do, please make sure you get proper documents from them duly signed when you handover the car to them. I rented a car and months later they contacted me to pay for a damage that was not there when i handed over the car to them. They just need to get more money from you.

Never renting car from them anymore

During my trip to Dubai during Eid al-Adha, I rented a Nissan Patrol from these guys. It was modified inside and out, with very unique black and turquoise colors.
Honestly, this SUV turns more heads than a Cullinan or a Urus!
If you wish to grab attention, go to them.

A poorly managed company confirmed my car booking a month in advance, assuring me that everything was in order. However, just ten hours before my trip, they informed me that the reserved vehicle was unavailable and offered only one alternative—an extremely subpar car.

Well as expected with this terrible company, I’m now fighting to secure my deposit and return of funds.

They add extra charges, that are not correct. They say they will send you detailed information and never do.
Do NOT deal with anyone in this organisation. There are completely untrustworthy.

Absolutely terrible company and staff. Dima was so untrustworthy. Constantly trying to get more money out of you. Communication is just useless. They don’t deliver and uplift the car when they say they will. Hours late.
On return of the car they charge for non existent damage. Avoid at all costs.

Great experience using their modified and unique cars

My experiences weren't so good, a boss who gets very loud and yells at you. You are lied to several times about your money, they promise you every day that the money will go back to the account you specified, but that is not the case and when you go there he tries to intimidate you with Mr. Ammar shouting at you so extremely, I was really shocked how you can treat customers like that.
The Audi Q3 There was also a repaired accident car from the USA. gap dimensions didn't fit at the back and front, etc

Our recent experience with Faster Cars left us somewhat disappointed. While there were a few positives, the overall experience was far from what we expected.

Details:

Positive:
We appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the car. It was in good shape, which added some comfort to our journey.

The team communication is professional.

Negatives:

Misleading Assurance: The car we reserved was not the one we received. This discrepancy between what was promised and what we got was frustrating and inconvenient.

Hidden Charges and Unavailability of Reserved Car: The lack of transparency in this regard was disheartening. Notably, we had reserved a specific car model (Mustang blue orange 63249) for 500 Dirham per day. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the car was not in stock (Do note this was a car we reserved NOT SURE WHAT RESERVATION MEANS THEN). The team forced us to pick up a different car, a Dodge Charger V8, which was listed on their site for 450 Dirhams, a price lower than what we had reserved a Mustang for. Nevertheless, we were compelled to pay an additional 105 Dirham for the substitute vehicle.

Questionable Billing: The lack of a detailed explanation for an unauthorized $74 charge on our invoice raised doubts about the billing practices of the company.

Pre-existing Damage: We were held responsible for a preexisting scratch on the vehicle, despite having photographic evidence with timestamps proving it was there before our rental.

Lack of Documentation: An extra charge of 60 dirhams for Salik tolls was imposed, but we were repeatedly denied documentation/receipts to verify this cost.

In summary, the experience was marred by several issues, and the lack of transparency in billing and charges was a significant concern. While the car's cleanliness and maintenance were pluses, they did not outweigh the other disappointments. We sincerely hope the company addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.
