I've never had a problem. When there was a question about how to pay, they went out of their way to call me and make arrangements to accommodate me. They have friendly service workers and have always responded quickly! I understand that products come from several locations and might take a little time to receive my order. Never has it taken "too long".

You need to do some work on your security. My credit card was hacked by either one of your employees or the pharmacy where my order was placed. It was a brand new card and only used once when I placed an order with your company. Fortunately, the bank caught it in time but I wasn't satisfied by the response I received when I notified Fast Escrows of the problem.

Never been disappointed with an order. Except I wish they wouldn't call me.

I placed an order and based on the interpretation of whoever was "picking" and packing the order there was a mistake made in how many items were packed of one of the products ordered. I received 3 units instead of 18. No small over sight but I got in touch with the Company and the balance of order was on the way within a few days with apologies. I had to use Paypal as well and I too had illicit charges made against my card. Fortunately, the credit card company's fraud protection software picked up on it and denied the charges and sent me a new card. Not sure whose issue that is FastEscrow or Paypal but they need to look into it. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing from now on. XX

Very quick response in ordering.

Tried to purchase from this company but first two times was unsuccessful. Used 2 different cards. Bank card and low amount credit card. They then ask you to make a paypal account to send the money which I did. A couple of days later there were 3 attempts to purchase things from my credit card account but nothing was deducted cause I already used up the remaining balance on my cards 👍🙏 thank god. I started thinking that this website was a scam. About 2-3 weeks later I received the product which I was happy about. So if you’re gonna purchase from this company Beware and make sure to pay attention to your transactions.

I have ordered from them about 4 times and have always had a great experience.

This is the second time that they defrauded my bank card after a purchase. They tried to wire over 400.00 from my account and made a purchase for 108.00 using my bank card. My bank called to inform me of fraudulent charges. I ordered HCG from this company and after they got my card number they defrauded me.

I placed numerous orders with them and never had a problem, but their website has evidently been affected by some virus for the past few months. Virus blocker says its "HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic."

I placed my order yesterday with my credit card and my transaction with credit card was completed just fine. Today, I have received the email from a guy name Jack Martin etasalescorp and this is the content of the email. Looks very suspicious. Anyone received the email from him after replacing an order through fastescrowrefills?
Is this LEGIT?! PLZ LET ME KNOW if anyone knows anything about this.

FRAUDULENT SITE!!! It used to be a legitimate site that I used for several years. Now, my Norton Scanner immediately alerts that site is attempting a "Web Attack FormJacking Web #4" VIRUS! This virus attempts to steal credit card information and other private information from your computer.

I sent multiple emails to them alerting them of this and have recieved NO RESPONSE. I am now alerting authorities of their FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.

I use to order through their old site all the time, so I decided to order off this fast escrow refills site (used to be escrow refills), and first then send me only the medication but not the $120 kit which is needed in order to store and make up the medication. Its been a month now of run around and their customer service department telling me 24-48 hours then when i contact again saying the same thing. I finally asked for a refund, and as soon as i did they said oh we shipped it wait 24-48 hours to receive tracking number. The send me a tracking number that has shown for 7 days no movement It just shows they opened a ticket for it. Contact again and they say oh give 24-48 hours that it is moving, my reply of course is no its not I have been tracking it and you haven't even put it in the mail yet. At this point i am very upset because not only do I have to contact them multiple times when I am at work, they scammed for $120 that at this point I will never see again. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Who ever took it over are liars and you will never receive what you ordered and loss your money in the process. Now I have to contact BBB and my bank, as well as my family members who wish to sue this site for fraud. I am a veteran and hard working person who can't just throw money down the drain on a whim. I truly feel like they feel that we are sliver spoon rich people over here with a pile of disposable money and can afford to loose money for products we never receive. If that was true why would i be purchasing on a discount site? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Received in about 4 weeks. Quality is excellent, and I saved a bundle. Will be back.

Paid via PayPal, they denied I had paid.
Threatened Credit card investigation.
They sent the items.
Only part of my order was delivered.
I asked for information about this.
They ignored me.
I am now threatening PayPal and credit card fraud investigations.

I have received the wrong product, they claimed I had received the correct product, they then went ahead and let me know what product I received was and what the ingredients were. I then took a picture of the product where the ingredients were listed which clearly was not the same as what they had stated in their email and then they stopped responding. I had commended them on their good customer service because they responded fast to my emails, but have to take it back now that they stopped communicating after I proofed I had received the wrong product and I assume I will not be receiving the product I actually ordered.

I have used Fastescrowrefills for many years now. The last time was last year 2017. The quality was incredible, timely, and good customer service. However, I am quite suspicious now because the site doesn't look quite right. They say they on the website that they take credit cards but when you go to purchase they want a bank number. I called & spoke to a customer service rep on the phone and he said you can wire the money, pay by check giving them your account information, or paypal. All of these options are easy ways to have your money stolen. Sadly, I suspect someone else has taken over the old fastescrowrefills and it is now a scam.

$159 lost, i ordered and the guy on live customer chat, walked me though how to pay with western union, once i paid and had the tracking number i gavwe it to him and he said he would pass the tracking on so my order could be sent. two weeks later i hear nothing, so i contact them and see my order is still pending. I query this because i received a money pick up notification from western union for the very next day after paying.
i have spoken to live chat every day for a week and all i get is that the tracking was invalid. i have spoken to western union each time after nad western union said the money had been collected by the person it was intended to as they need ID to collect.
I have been told to contact western union uk fraud by phone.

I have successfully used this company for several years and have referred them to my friends and family. I have always used my VIsa debit card. Now, I am trying to make a purchase and the ONLY method of payment available is to give my private banking Routing Number and checking account??????? Where did the choice of using Paypal go? Where is the choice to use a credit card? I am very worried that this may no longer be the credible place I once thought it to be.
