Fastfitz came to our home this morning to install a tow bar on our recently purchased car and I can not praise this company enough.
The guys were punctual, professional and very pleasant. The price for the work was very competitive and we are extremely pleased with the job they did. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring this service.

Towbar fitted well with no problems apart from one of the keys not working to begin with, after several uses of towbar, both keys worked. The customer service on that issue was excellent.

Could not be praised higher. Completely professional throughout. So much easier than getting the car to a garage. Highly recommend for towbar fitting.

Brilliant service would highly recommend to anybody. come out to my house on the day we arranged fitted and coded in just over an hour and was the cheapest I found 5stars

Problem fixed, after 5 months of being ignored and after the boss got involved. Electrics a mess and a 50amp fuse fitted instead of 15 amp making the vehicle a fire risk. No reply to emails and won’t discuss anything on the phone. Wasted a lot of my time - being ignored. This is not a fake review.
Upped the star rating as I now have what I paid for.

I looked around and chose Fastfitz because their price and reviews were good. Booking was easy, guy on the phone was warm and friendly and the job was thorough and worked well.
I had a slight issue with the electrics shortly after installation and again the office were great at arranging for fitter to come back and review it. Ask sorted, excellent customer service and aftercare and really convenient overall. Thank you.

I struggled to get a company to replace the electrics on my towbar. So many places will only do both towbar and electrics. Fastfitz arranged for one of their fitters 'Matt' to come and fit a new 7 pin for me on my drive. Not only was this convenient, it was also very competitively priced, and Matt couldn't have been any more pleasant despite the rain.
