I can't fault the service from fastfitz. Matt's communications from start to finish were great, ensuring the job fitted with my work commitments perfectly. Time was taken after fitting to talk through the job and how to detach and reattach the tow bar. Couldn't be happier. The perfect blend of professionalism and expertise. These are good guys doing a great job

Matt was brilliant throughout. Very professional at all times, excellent towbar provided at a reasonable cost. He comes to your house and fits it right there. Have been using the towbar with no issues for 5 months now. Matt is also a lovely guy and very easy to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have an historical claim for damage caused to my car. They went into liquidation and even though they advertise public liability insurance they are unable to settle.
Not an honest company who are apparently still trading.
My date of experience is Sept 2021 but my tablet calendar won't go back that far. If there was a minus star rating it wouldn't be enough.

Can't recommend these guys enough. After having a towbar fitted last year, the fuse went this week and Matt was out within 48 hours to put a new fuse in as it was in a position i couldn't reach, and re-directed the fuse to a place where i could get too. Didn't want anything for it, he was just keen to keep a customer happy.
The towbar works brilliantly with the car electronics and is picked up by the reversing camera and sensors which is great.
A proper professional install by a professional friendly company.

2nd tow bar I’ve had fitted by these guys. They’re more convenient and cheaper than the competition. I had a small issue and the after sales support was excellent.

Highly recommend.

The ordering and fitting went well, Matt was very easy to deal with, it was fitted quickly and tidily. There was a minor wiring issue after first use but he willingly came and corrected that very quickly.

Ordered towbar from fast Fitz for my recently bought touran and before Matt arrived I realised even though you couldn't see it that all the electrics and cross member where already attached to my car but there was no detachable swan neck so rang Matt to let him know.
Luckily Matt had a look in his garage and he had one to spare looked brand new still with the black powder coating on the ball itself
This was a god send as we where due to go away with the caravan and ordering one would have taken a few days to arrive
He came out checked all my electrics and everything fine plus got a significant refund aswell Thanks Matt

Having recently changed my car I wanted to ensure that all was in order with the towbar on my new to me (2017 plate) car.
Matt answered my email in good time and arrived, as promised, today. He spent a significant amount of time checking all wiring and replacing the current towball with an ALKO one for my caravan. Good job I booked him as this could have resulted in my caravan detaching from the car. If changing cars and buying one with a towbar, don't chance it, get Matt to check it over.
100% happy with Fastfitz service (again) and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Communication from Matt at Fastfitz was second to none. Best customer service I've received in a while. Customer service from Lee (who fitted my towbar) was exceptional too. Very friendly bloke. I would definitely recommend this company. Did a fabulous job!

From the first enquiry sent to fastfitz, communication was brilliant. I needed a towbar fitted ASAP so Matt arranged to fit it in 10 days, later messaging asking if he could fit a few days earlier, perfect!
Payment was made on enquiry and not having used this company before the communication put my mind at ease along with an emailed receipt for payment
Matt turned up at 7am on fit day. I live in an awkward road with not much space so he took my keys and moved my car to the main road to fit it.
When Matt was finished at 11am he came and knocked, told me it was completed and asked if he could show me how it all worked. Unfortunately, I was in a work call so I couldn't go through the demo. Matt kindly sent me a video which was super helpful.
The towbar and 13 pin electrics are great and they were all tested at fitting
Could recommend fastfitz enough, not only do they have top communication, customer service and knowledgeable, expert fitters their prices are unbeatable.

The towbar was fitted in my driveway.. the fitter was on time and completed in about 2 hours.
Very pleased with the outcome, and at reasonable cost
He also suggested a great alternative bike carrier- Buzz- way cheaper than Thule, and as good (near enough anyway).

Just had a towbar fitted at home in freezing conditions. The job was done by the boss and a brilliant job he did. Very competitive price up to £300 cheaper than some quotes I received. If you want a towbar fitted this is the company to go to.

This is the first time I've had a towbat fitted by this company. The service is first class - speedy, competitively priced and effective. The people are very friendly and totally interested in customer service.

This the first time i have used a distance compony for tow bar fitting, but Matt has a wide network of fitters at fix prices, i had the pleasure of Toney fitting my c4 spacetourer, he was on time and completed the job in a professional manor, cleaned up and on his way.
First class.
The only thing i would say is the comms could be better for peace of mind.
