Fast Lane Luxury Cars is a total scam

Fast Lane Luxury Cars is a total scam. I would not recommend using this company.
They took our deposit of €1500 claiming there were damages to the Mini Cooper we rented, including scratches on the wheels. It took 3 months for them to communicate this with us after we sent countless emails asking about the return of our deposit. The photos they sent of the ‘damages’ are also minor and highly unlikely to cost €1500 to repair. (We even got quotes ourselves). But we’d have been happy to pay it if we got proof of the cost to repair these damages. We asked for the quote they received to repair the damages and they refuse to send - how are we to know whether it really does amount to €1500?
Their communication is atrocious, it’s impossible to call them and they only respond to emails after weeks. This has been the most frustrating situation and we are in disbelief that a company can operate in this way. They are in all honesty, thieves.
