Used the Live chat to speak to a support agent at 7:00am to make an initial enquiry after a very panicked me realised our side door was unable to lock this morning- I got a response straight away and it was simplistic with no frills- I booked the appointment for 8:00am as I felt reassured- Manuel arrived exactly on time in a company van and in uniform. He explained what the problem and got right on it - He reassured us throughout and left us with new keys in about fifteen minutes. Told my friends straight away how brilliant he was as they needed some work done in the next two weeks. Manuel assured that we could call the number anytime if we had further problems with our lock- 12months guarantee was given- The service and experience was truly 5 star. Thank you so much.

Very friendly locksmith that offered a full explanation, quick service and really tidy work. He explained what was wrong with my old lock and what it should be like. Offered me a few different products and even managed to match the colour with the existing external pull handle.

Manuel is absolutely excellent - my back door lock jammed and he arrived within an hour as he said he would, fixed it and also replaced my patio door lock as well which was old, very stiff and showing signs of getting jammed. He is fast, efficient and very helpful. Brilliant service.
