Warning! Don't buy if dependent on shipping!

Warning! Do not buy from this company. Promised door to door delivery. Meanwhile my delivery of large plant boxes x 3 were simply dumped in the busy foyer, without even a chance to go straight down to the courier and ask him to place simply into the lift. (I have a broken wrist still in bandages).
Furthermore, a small plant branch still had to be mailed out, without any notice by the sender, and if we had of been notified, we would have given our mailing address. Instead, the plant branch was delivered to the residential address without any notice and of course is missing. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!
(May I point out, this review is from a person who has never left a negative review and buys online frequently)!
