I ordered some truffles ready to send out with our wedding invitations. They came very well packaged, within a couple of days from order.
We obviously ordered enough to taste test before sending and wow, we were not disappointed! They are absolutely delicious. Each one tasted like its individual flavour and so luxurious. I was a little worried about some containing alcohol as often this can overpower but honestly, these were beautiful.
Will definitely be recommending favour fairy and will be buying again closer to the wedding, for guests unable to attend.

I am SO PLEASED I stumbled across Favour Fairy!! Firstly, the website is easy to use, easy to get about on it and find what you're looking for! Secondly, the chocolates are fab! Especially the truffles! I'd noticed they're cheaper than a few places so wasnt really expecting too much but OH MY SWEET MOTHER OF NATURE!! Its a week later and I've already put another order in (I may have eaten some that I shouldn't from the last lot, I wont let that happen this time 😂) Thirdly, delivery is quick and no issues there. I needed to contact the owner and the response was very quick and sorted everything no problem. Would definitely recommend using this company!!!

Excellent service, goods arrived within a few days and in plenty of time for the party. One item arrived broken, I emailed Friday evening and had a reply by 8am on the Monday stating a replacement had been posted.

Excellent service arrived before the date stated. Bought chocolate neopolitions for a school prom had them personalised. I asked for the design to be changed to fit in with the neon theme. Will definitely be recommending and returning in the future. Thank you all.

I had a very bad experience with them when I bought some party favours for my daughter birthday. My parcel was delivered to a wrong address ( 25th May) and chased it with the courier and i also informed Favour Fairy about it and they were waiting for the courier to contact them for updates and they didn't bother to chase them for me and it was clear that someone else took my parcel and they are just waiting and i had informed their customer service that I deserve replacement or refund but they still waiting the courier.

I'm going to send an email to your customer service and attach a photo of my building with the photo that was attached to DPD email to confirm the delivery ans clearly you can see it is not the same building.

They issued a refund on 19 July 2019

Absolutely dreadful service. I sent 2 emails asking the whereabouts of my order which received no response. After 15 days and still having not heard anything I rang them only to be told the items were out of stock!!!! Do not bother with this company.

My Sons gets Married on 23rd May and ordered stunning ivory favours, came the next day, beautifully presented - we got a little production line going at home to make them, great fun and lovely to get everyone together to do this! My advise is use double sided take to seal edges - just cut the strips thinner and they seal perfect as I did struggle a little bit with the glue - on my fingers! I placed an order on a Wednesday for party favours that were needed by Friday. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I paid for next day delivery and was assured my order would be dispatched the same day. When I hadn't received my order on Friday I was understandably annoyed and agitated. I had given my consent for the parcel to be left on my front step as I live in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and the post man always leaves my packages on my doorstep when I'm not home. Favourfairy did warn me about the risk of having the package left outside.
I rang favourfairy on Friday to ask them to track my order. I had not received any tracking details which the courier should have sent to me directly. The courier claimed the item had been delivered which made me even more upset. Favourfairy were kind enough to contact the courier on my behalf and got confirmation that the courier had been in my neighbourhood on the day in question (thank God the vans have GPS trackers). This was a massive help because I didn't believe the courier had even attempted delivery. It then occurred to me the courier may have mixed up my street with a nearby street because of the way the street signs are posted. So I went to check the nearby street and there was my package. What a massive relief.
I'd like to thank Favourfairy for requesting GPS proof from the couriers. It made me realise the courier must have left the package at the wrong address. I hope feedback from this experience is passed on to the courier. Favourfairy did a great job but were let down by their courier.
Oh by the way I loved the items purchased and will definitely be buying from them again. Next time I'll order well in advance and make sure there is someone home to sign for it. Thanks!

let down by another online favour company I called favourfairy in complete desperation as i needed my favours fast. They sent my order that day on a next day delivery service. The favours were beautiful and excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody. Really great to find an online company who care about customer service, answer the phone personally and keep thier promises.
