I think the name should be fax it never not fast. I signed up and wanted to send a document. It took 4 hours and just one page of a picture document (not complex diagram) kept stalling. I canceled the membership and took business else where and it was sent in 2mins. Stay off this company they will mess you up especially if you on a time line.
