I purchased a HIB5380 EXOS bathroom…
I purchased a HIB5380 EXOS bathroom cabinet from Fayers in June 2019. Fayers also trade as Just Add Water. After around a year or so the silver backing on the mirror failed. I contacted Fayers who arranged to replace the cabinet. Some 9 months later the same thing happened. As we were in the middle of the pandemic, nothing could be done. I made contact early in 2022 and reported the problem. Without any issues, both Fayers and HIB, the manufacture replaced the item. I can not speak highly enough about both these companies. Customer service as it should be.
