The quality of Feather & Black beds keep deteriorating. This is our 4th bed from them and likely our last. The assembly was not straightforward. The holes for the screws were in the wrong place. We had to get creative to actually assemble the bed in time before guests arrived. It was a make shift solution. I asked them to send me the screw casing for the long term fix and was ghosted. Their sales service is amazing but there is no after sales service.
Beautifully made and very sturdy. Plus it's low enough to fit into the eaves of a pitched roof yet still look glamorous.

Overall a good product at a fair price. Unfortunately the bed fixings had been drilled incorrectly - so a bit of Heath Robinson adaptation had to be employed. The delivery chaps seemed to know this without specifying the problem. A serious niggle but tbh not worth fussing too much. It’s solid and comfortable with the extra few screws.

Stunning bedframe, lovely colour (possibly a bit darker than expected). Easy to assemble.
Looks great! Worth paying extra to have them build with the delivery!
Good quality bed definitely needs 2 people to assemble! Only slight gripe is that its not upholstered all the way round the headboard which isn’t shown on the website - theres some black material at the back which means you have to have the bed up against a wall (realise this is where you normally place a bed but I had intended for this to be away from the wall. Prompt delivery and good communication.
