Squeaky and cheap, really light to carry which I was not expecting for a bed of this price. I’m unfortunately by the time we put it up and realised how bad it was the two week Grace period had passed.! Really disappointed

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the perceived colour disparity between the olive shown online and the actual fabric hue.
True colour depiction can vary depending on the colour values on your device, and the ambient lighting can also make a difference. I have an actual swatch of the material and when I rotate this, the nap reflects the light differently, so in some orientations it looks a little darker.
Regardless of the science of light reflection, I recognise that you feel that you did not receive what you were expecting. I tried to reach out to you on the telephone a few moments ago and am sorry to have missed you. I did leave a short voice message, and will try again later in the day. We do not want any of our customers to feel less than totally satisfied with their Feather and Black bed, so I am happy to explore with you how you would like to proceed and make sure that apart from the colour, you love your beautiful bed.
