Firstly the delivery team were brilliant. I bought a Charlotte button bed with a sprung slat base, I should’ve done my research better, as I didn’t realise the implications of having sprung slats. You feel even the slightest movement from your partner ripple through the bed and I am now waking up aching with hip and back pain. I know it is not my mattress, as I have an Emma which was perfectly fine on my previous fixed slat bed. I will now be researching what I can do to change the slats or have them in a fixed position. Again the delivery team of two were fantastic, very quick to put the bed together and with care.
