I am really disappointed with the customer service. delay on the delivery, issue with the cost for service. 3 weeks after the delivery the bed is still in the boxes...

Delivery times were awful - booked a November delivery was changed to December, then jan and finally revived in February Offer £100 in compensation but despite numerous emails to ask when this would be paid I have not had any response.

Beautiful looking French style bed. We are v happy with it. Quite an expensive bed but worth it!

Looks very nice now assembled but some of the parts didn’t fit, screw holes weren’t made big enough for the washers so we’ve just put it together as best we can. For the price I expected better quality
