Highly recommended small business

Highly recommended. A hidden gem of a shop.

I ordered a cooling jacket and cooling bone from feathers and paws and they arrived promptly (ordered Wednesday eve, arrived Friday morning). They were a competitive price and as described. In this heatwave the fact they even had stock was impressive (the jackets were sold out elsewhere or very expensive).

They also emailed me back quickly after a query and were in touch when my order was sent.

I was unsure purchasing from a new shop given the current plethora of dog shop scams but this is not one of them. We’ve been scammed by other shops (such as “not in the dog house”) and always come to trust pilot now to check first. From our experience, Feathers and paws provided a great service and deserve a good spot on trust pilot :)
