Excellent service. We did go to the showroom where we had help but the ease of ordering, speed of delivery, the delivery process itself weee all great. Delighted with our products too. Quality and ease to assemble (had a table) are and were brilliant. Would be happy to recommend!!

Great company, superb product
I spent a ridiculously long time looking at garden furniture online! I almost went with another company (that is more well known) but as it was quite an investment I decided to go with featureDeco as their customer service reviews were far superior to the other company I was considering. I am SO pleased I made that decision. The set arrived really promptly (and what a bonus that there was no assembly!) but unfortunately the table had been damaged in transit. I dropped featureDeco an email and Patrycja from customer service speedily replied, apologised and arranged for the table to be collected and replaced just 2 days later. She even kept me updated with timings for delivery.
We have had so many compliments on the table set. The cushions are thick and really good quality and the aluminium makes it look really modern and sleek.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great, sturdy, well made garden furniture. The quality is really good and well put together. I ordered online without going in to a showroom and was dubious as sometimes the quality of the cushions, fabric etc can be bad and look cheap, but these are honestly the best I’ve seen of any garden furniture anywhere. Delivery was fast, highly recommend

Outstanding in every way
Firstly the experience - Fantastic support from the Customer support Team. I had problems trying to pay using divide Buy option, but on each occasion the person i spoke to was fantastic, called me, sent me texts and arranged for the Divide Buy people to contact me and then followed up with me.
When i asked about a delivery time, again fantastic.
When they said they would call you they did.
Its a shame more UK companies do not have this same great Customer Team and Focus.
Secondly the Product! Bought the Bristol 6 piece set, quality is outstanding, strong and comfortable, the parasol is also brilliant. The price is a no brainer when you see the product.

Nice set but as others say beware of the quality and warranty
Purchased our set a few years ago.
I saw on their website they offer 7 year guarantees so dropped them an email to see if they could help as the base of the set has started falling apart.
Just had an email back saying it’s out of warranty so nothing they can do.
The only suggestion was get it repaired yourself.
I was not expecting a full replacement as it is a little old but some support or a gesture of good will would be nice.
As it is I will be shopping for my new set elsewhere where they value their customers

1. Warranty Period: Prior to placing an order, we always indicate the specific warranty period on the product's page. For furniture purchased between 2013 and June 2022, a 2-year structural frame warranty applies. The 7-year warranty you mentioned was introduced in June 2022 for selected ranges, which we have explained in the email response and also detailed on our website, thanks to our collaboration with manufacturers who offer longer warranties.
Unfortunately, your set, purchased in 2017, falls under the previous warranty terms and is thus covered by a 2-year warranty, which expired in June 2019.
2. Quality and Longevity: We have been selling this particular range of furniture for more than 10 years, and it has consistently been one of our best sellers, well-regarded for its quality and durability when maintained properly.
3. Warranty Information: The warranty details, including coverage and exclusions, are clearly stated and provided on our website for our customers prior to and at the time of purchase. This helps set the right expectations regarding what is covered under warranty and for how long.
4. Support and Gesture of Goodwill: While we understand the desire for a gesture of goodwill, we must adhere to the warranty terms to ensure fairness to all customers. Your set’s 2-year warranty expired in June 2019, which is over 4 years ago. Unfortunately, we are unable to claim any repairs or replacements from the manufacturer beyond this period, as they would reject any claims made after the warranty period.
5. Recommendations and Assistance: We have not dismissed your situation. In our email response, we provided recommendations for professional repair services and DIY solutions to help address the issue. We genuinely want to assist in any way possible, even beyond the warranty period.
6. Care and Maintenance: Additionally, we provide detailed care information on our website to help customers maintain their furniture and prolong its lifespan. Regular maintenance can significantly enhance the durability of our products.
