I reguarly place orders with Feedem and have had no issues - with prompt deliveries and correct orders. This month I have been unfortunately sent an incorrect collar size. I have already had a quick response to my notification of their error and I am awaiting an email as to how they will now rectify the situation. Hopefully their customer service will match the good history of delivery I have experienced.

I had an issue with my delivery address and my items were delivered to the wrong place (through no fault of Feedem I would like to add). A quick call and within half an hour it was all sorted and I received the items the next day.
Second time I have ordered from these guys and so far it has been a 5/5 service. Would definitely order again.
