I have been using Feiyr for several years now. This is the ideal experience of interaction! Particularly pleased with the qualified support, which allows to quickly resolve any issue.

Simplicity of releasing and managing music with Feiyr is amazing. I have been using Feiyr now for many years (since 2010) and have two record labels on here with separate accounts. Generally the use of the site is easy, and mostly manageable.

One slight downside is the support provided. This can be slow sometimes. And the most recent issue I have had is with MFA on one of my other accounts where my phone was stolen and the backup codes simply don't work, and no simple way of fixing this. Alas this will result in multiple accounts being reset. However, this is not a major major problem but it means I cannot access my main account until Support have actually responded. However, the extensive process of resetting feels that Feiyr are being very secure with my data.

Overall my experience with Feiyr (when there are no issues) is very positive. I recommend them as a distributor. However they could improve the MFA and speed up their support somewhat.

I have been distributing music through Feiyr for a number of years now. The portal is easy to use - so uploading music and editing metadata is a seamless process. The statements and earnings are always timely, and resulting payments made rapidly. I've only had to contact their support a few times, but I've always had an answer quickly.

Thoroughly recommended for any label wishing to find a reliable and trustworthy distributor!

We've worked with Feiyr for almost 10 years. Their controlpanel/system is easy to work with. The customer service also responds very quickly whenever you have a question.

Worst distribution platform ever. Very, very bad customer service, there was a copyright infringment, because I accidently double released a track on Soundcloud. Without any warning or contact they immediatly started attacking me through a lawyer ,
also claiming all the laywer-costs would be on my account (although the track only had like 10 streams or something). I asked for coulance and deleted the double track instantly on request. Now they suspended my fundings and they wont reply to my messages for 6 weeks. Will never use this platform again. Horrible! Stay away!

Edit. After long time they finally reanabled my fundings, But this whole episode Made me lose my trust in them

I'm a new customer of Feiyr, I released 03 songs at Feiyr, after one month the sales report show i got 35Euros in dashboard, and the minimum payout is 25Euros. When i withdraw, Feiyr confirmed and announced payment process will be done within 5-7 days. It has been 18 days until now. I wrote 3 emails to all of supporting, info and all the members appear at Feiyr Control panel but nobody response.
Trying to find away to get back my money ( cost me 45USD) and take down musics ( Feiyr will charge 25Euros for 01 song take down.) Awful experiences.

**SCAM company CONFIRMED watch out!! I have signed up with them in December to publish my music. Received a 180€ credit on my account for the first time in February. When I requested a payout, they simply denied my request and have been playing dead for more than 2 months now. Watch out. You will be scammed of your hard earned money if you sign up with this company! 0 customer service!! Now I cannot get them to even take down my work.

UPDATE: After sending several letters and trying to reach out, absolutely no response. they have stolen my earnings. My attorney is building a case as I'm typing. I’ll post an update here on how the legal matter goes.

After two more years of being with them, I sent them a total of 60 copies and for some reason more than half of those are showing as $0 earnings. They randomly have disappeared from their stock. The ones I did earn on does not even cover the cost of signing up to Feiyr and shipping them the package from Canada. I will update this review or remove it assuming they fix this situation but I have had little faith in them - it was a horrible mistake to sign up with them from the get-go. The good reviews on here seem fake - do not be fooled. I am expecting a refund on my sign up cost and an explanation on all the missing copies with no earnings.

I chose among several distributors. Chose feiyr because of the price policy and what is Russian language. I am very satisfied with the service, my questions are answered and help me. I can also see the statistics on the auditions. And there is a very fast process of publishing songs.

Feiyr got a professional team. They have strong support, and I highly recommend them to you. Do not hesitate to cooperate with them.

I have been in the electronic music business since 1994 as a producer and DJ. I had really hard time finding a good distribution. Luckily I have "friends in high places" who recommended feiyr (they were at the time unknown to me). So I decided to give it a go. It turnes out that behind feiyr is very known and respectable distribution that I've known from the 90's - "Dance all day". At that point I knew I was in good hands. Beatport application was a breeze with them (it took 3 business days to get my label approved!). Overall costs for publishing are very reasonable. Their policy is even more than fair (if you f* something up and your release gets rejected, they will refund the money, if it gets rejected again - they don't). That's fair in my book! Oh and one more thing that was extremely important to me. Company is german based and Germans are known for their organization skills, easy to work with and following the rules by the book. I should know, my wife is german :) So for now I only have praises for them. Only small thing that I don't like is their UI but again IT WORKS! That's what's important! And you have tons of options you can use (for free) which is cool. They also offer many payed promotion, which sound good and prices seem fair (haven't tried anything yet). I have a feeling I'll stay with them for years to come.
