Feked keeps you informed all the way with your order.
The add on charges do seem to be high especially when you live outside of the UK.
Thank you Brexit.

I thought I'd provide an update after receiving a detailed 'response' as shown below from the owner of this company.
Oh dear, oh dear, what a shame when the owner of a company fails to take the simple and very basic responsibility to actually address the selling of a sub standard part but instead resorts to aggressive and abusive language to a loyal customer (maybe they get a potty mouthed AI to compose their responses for them?). The tone of their response demonstrates the actions of a typical keyboard warrior with poor intellect.
However, I should not be surprised as this is the normal reaction of this particular person to any customer who dares to write them a poor review after purchasing faulty goods not fit for purpose from their company (look up their responses on here to other poor reviews, aggressive, condescending and rude to say the least). This person is, to use their very own words, 'Clueless' about customer service. As I stated in my original review, all I asked for was an SAE to return the product but they couldn't be bothered (or should that be REFUSED) to send it despite being asked twice to do so in emails. In addition despite what they state within their tactless response, they don't answer the phone either.
As for the specific item I purchased, It doesn't matter if I bought the product yesterday or four months ago, I went to fit it to the restored bike and it doesn't fit, the inner cable is too long and the bike is 100% standard, a crucial but undeniable fact this person continues to challenge and who instead resorts to abusive and condescending language to defend themselves and their less than poor reputation when it comes to consumer rights. The poor attitude shown by the owner is a great example of how to loose future custom, but maybe that's their aim, if it is they are doing an amazing job and would undoubtedly win first prize at a 'shot yourself in the foot' contest.
Next time I restore a bike I'll go elsewhere for parts, definitely not to this place and the ignorant, arrogant, small minded and rude owner of it. The motorcycle parts world is big and friendly enough and doesn't need the likes of this particular individual sullying it by selling parts that don't fit and taking zero responsibility to correct their mistakes.
My original review below still stands.
My best wishes to you at Fecked, you have a nice day 😘
A terrible company to deal with if they supply faulty parts.
I ordered a clutch cable for a TL125s made by Venhill from Fecked along with over £300 of other orders over the previous 12 months. The cable supplied cost £25 because it is supposed to be the best but doesn't fit a bike that is 100% standard! I wrote to Fecked (they NEVER answer the phone) and advised them of the issue. Fecked emailed me a return slip but failed to send a SAE to send the cable back! I have contacted them by email twice since then to request a SAE and have not received any response. Wemoto on the other hand supply SAE's the very next day if they supply faulty parts, take note Fecked of what is called 'Customer Service'.
Fecked get the cable from a third party (Venhill) add their bit of profit on top but then expect the BUYER to return faulty goods at their own expense if it doesn't fit!
Fecked are no more than 'box shifters' to put it politely and are obviously unaware of consumer law whereby it is wholly the SELLERS responsibility to pay for the return of faulty goods, NOT the buyer.
Given the above experience I would advise anyone who buys from Fecked does so at their own risk because they will not help you if the goods they supply are faulty.
I will now be forced to raise a case at the small claims court (easy enough but not something I want to do, more time wasting) in order to get my money back in full but maybe such action will force Fecked to understand their legal obligations under consumer law.
As for Venhill cables, do yourself a favour and read the reviews of their cables on the Norton, Morini and Triumph forums before you buy one, I wish I had!

I have a collection of old British motorcycles (1930's to 1960's) and have bought several items now from Feked. The items have been exactly as required, reasonably priced, well packaged and speedily delivered to me, on the other side of the world, in New Zealand. Feked are my first point of call now for any classic British motorcycle parts. I thoroughly recommend them.
