I like this company! They are helpful, willing to discuss something over the phone, give loyalty points and shipping is routine and typically it arrives as you'd expect through the Royal Mail. I have bought lots from here over the last 3 years all good quality stuff. Could do with more Norton parts but hey there are three excellent sources for already. Check their web site as they offer a surprisingly large range of parts, tools and consumables like Copper grease, gasket, Loctite etc etc.
