They are unacceptable

They are unacceptable! While it appears to be a Greek site, returns are made to Slovenia at the customer's expense. Τhere is no telephne number to contact, and they are not answering to e mail.
I want to return a clothe which costed 40 euros and the return costs 50 euros!

Actually not even one...!
Terrible! I bought a dress which was very cheap to make and did not lay on me... I filled out the return form... (there are no contact numbers) and when I went to the courier to send it (of course at my own expense, which they wrote in the email) they asked me for €57. The dress didn't even do that much... ridiculous!
Very cheap the quality of the clothes and nothing to do with what they show on the page!

This company uses domains of the countries where it sells (.it, .de) but the head office is in Slovenia.

It's the same for customers from Germany or Italy.

If there is a return, THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE SHIPMENT WITH TRACK NUMBER to SLOVENIA (because this is required by the company). From Germany for the return of a dress,I had to pay 20€ and the dress price was 40€.

A CHEAT.
PLEASE, READ WELL THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE BUYING.

On the other hand.
The sizes are not correct.
