This company have been charging me 4.50 a day for something I didn't agree to and wasn't aware was happening as it was rolled into my mobile bill. Scam. I want the money refunded.

If I could give lower I would

If I could give lower I would. Basically scamming you out of your own money by sending you a message (apparently) that if you press on automatically makes you want to sign up for a subscription that I don’t even know what it’s paying for.

Disgusting scammers

This company have charged me 3 weekly amounts of £4.50 for something I have most definitely NOT subscribed to. O2 have now blocked further charges but are totally uninterested in blocking this sham company from their network. This is my sons phone. Luckily he is savvy and spotted this. More vulnerable people may not. Think someone is also liable also under GDPR legislation. How were they able to obtain my details?

I will persue all avenues to get my money back and will be in contact with Ofcom and the police.

Shame on you....disgusting con artists

Why PSA and the police still let this…

Why PSA and the police still let this company exist ? When somebody takes money from your account WITHOUT your consent is theft ! I just realised that I got charged through this scam company £31.50 for a subscription that I never did with them ! This is disgusting , I have already started legal procedures to gain my rights back . People be extra careful with your phone bills .

Scammers

Scammers. I received a message stating that I subscribed for their global video streaming. Phoned o2 and they told me that i clicked and watched a link that led me to being subscribed to this stupid company. Total scam. Now I have no choice but to bar all my incoming debit transactions.

threeuk + Ferdamia scam

Scammed via payforit on the threeuk network. Handsoff approach to liability from threeuk is disgusting as they undoubtedly get payment from ferdamia to be on their partner list. Call them on their uk number and select option 1 to cancel and option 3 for a refund (good luck). Scandalous from threeuk and Ferdamia.

Disgusting company practices

Disgusting company practices

This company has stolen my money by creating a subscription using my mobile number. They maintained that they have sent me texts about my "subscription" that I have never received and refused to pay me back. Fortunately, Three UK addressed this issue for me and was able to deactivate all future charges via premium services.

Disgusting

Disgusting. Ive just discovered I was charged for 6 weeks. Why does O2 allow this abuse of our privacy. I did not give O2 permission to share my details with a third party. I don't even know what I have been signed up to. The sooner this practice is exposed the better. I stopped the payment cost me 48p via voicemail and now have to go through the complexities of a refund. Why can they get away with this?

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. They have subscribed me to a service and taken money from my phone bill with no authority to do so. Customer service have not contacted me back. I would say avoid at all cost but by the time you have heard of them you will already be subscribed. Disgusting that this type of company is allowed to operate. All mobile phone companies should refuse to accept their sunscriptions. Thieves.

Terrible company. Rip off 'subscription' charge added to 3mobile phone bill without permission. Lied about cancellation, lied about refund, even pretended to be a different company during one phone call! Persevere and you'll get your refund but expect them to make it difficult.
3 mobile no use at all.

Scam! Take care of this immediately.

I just got charged £18 (£4.50 over 4 weeks) for something I most definitely did not subscribe to. I already called them and chose the option to unsubscribe. I then called them again to take care of my refund and it goes to a messaging service that then promises they will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours as they only work Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm (I doubt it). How does 02 not protect its customers from these fraudsters I do not know. But I will annoy a lot of people before they get to keep my £18.

If this happened to some elderly clients or other vulnerable groups they would find it much more difficult to take care of something like this. Shame on Ferdamia and on the telco companies that don't do anything to protect their honest law abiding and bill paying customers

This is a scam company

This is a scam company ran by a mix of Irish and British nationals based in Cyprus.
They charged me for a service that I never subscribed to. The "payforit" service, that is jointly owned by the service providers (Three, O2... etc...) is used to charge customers via text message. The company is not able to provide me with any evidence of a contract, a click, an agreement between me and them.
Three, my service provider, benefit from this (owning payforit and probably getting a cut of the charges ILLEGALLY charged to their customers) has no incentive to stop this from happening and they don't provide any bar on getting future charges from payforit. Furthermore, I am suspecting that they are breaching GDPR rules by providing my telephone number to those scammers based in Cyprus (EU).
You can contact them via email to their support or call them (vut they will charge you for that) and ask for refund via paypal. I haven't received any refund yet. I wouldn't suggest to give your bank details to them. I will raise a complaint with ofcom (the UK communication regulator) and the Ombudsman Services for Communications.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I checked phone bill and was randomly getting charged £4.5/week to a company that I have not subscribed to or heard of. There is little protection/advice on how to get this to stop

Scam.

Scam. I have never willingly or knowingly subscribed to anything from this company yet received a £4.50 charge on my phone bill. To refund it they conveniently require bank or Paypal details. The woman on their help line suggested that I must have accidentally clicked on an ad banner and subscribed.
