Excellent Customer Service

Once again - outstanding customer service
I visited the Ferrari showroom in Leeds yesterday and once again experienced truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive staff who made the visit both enjoyable and memorable.

Nothing ever seems too much trouble for the team. In particular, Sue and Rose on the front desk are a real credit to the company extremely knowledgeable about the iconic vehicles on display and those currently in stock, and always happy to share their expertise.

I always enjoy visiting Ferrari Leeds as I continue my journey towards purchasing a Ferrari. The level of service and passion for the brand makes every visit worthwhile.

THE MOST FAMOUS AND THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPORT CARS IN THE WORLD .

BY FAR, IT'S THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND FAMOUS CAR IN THE WORLD, BUT IT'S FOR THE RICH, EVEN IF YOU BUY A GOOD SECOND HAND FOR ABOUT £: 50.000, IT WILL STILL COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY AS A NEW 1, FOR INSURANCE, SERVICE, PARKING, ETC . . .
NB: ALL THIS BAD COMMENTS, @LEAST 99% COME FROM JEALOUSY AND NOTHING ELSE...

High Cost

High Cost: Ferrari vehicles are some of the most expensive cars in the market, making them inaccessible to the majority of people.
Limited Availability: Ferrari intentionally limits production to maintain exclusivity, which can frustrate potential buyers who are willing to pay but can’t secure a car.
Additional Costs: Customizations, maintenance, and insurance can significantly add to the already high purchase price.

Ferrari museum

Ferrari museum.
As I was buying a ticket for me amd my son, I was told I don’t need to pay as I have a prosthetic leg. This was my first touch with Ferrari and love was imminent. The museum was gorgeous and had my dream car: 288 GTO. Accessibility was really well done and plenty of room to go along. Parking was the only headache.

Ferrari cowboys f430 mileage errors Ombudsman rules against them

Hi i purchased a ferrari f430 from the charles hurst Ferrari dealership in 2017. The sales people involved Rory and Cahal. The previous owner of my vehicle was the one of the directors of charles hurst ferrari.
The mileage on the sales invoice 2017 recorded by cahal was 28500. The mot certificate 2017 recorded by their trained technician was 28534 a week later.
From delivery the car relentlessly broke down despite its 180 point inspection!! And we are talking about major components failing within hours of delivery.
The main problem arose when later looking through the history of the vehicle the MOT certificate for 2016 recorded a higher mileage than 2017.Showing the cars mileage had gone backwards!!!!
I pointed this out to ferrrai in 2020 I was bullied and threatened with legal action by the dealership.
I took my claim to the motor ombudsman and won the judgment in April 2024 against the dealership.
The ombudsman has ordered 1. correct the mileage on the MOT certificate 2. Correct the sales invoice 3. Issue a letter of apology.
The Ombudsman ruled that the discrepancy is down to human error. It also possible the M..D drove this car in reverse gear for a year!!!
If it was a simple case of removing the discrepancy from the cars record, why did Ferrari or the dealership not just fix this in 2020 why have I been left to fight for justice.
The belfast telegraph has ran the story in its paper under charles Hurst Ferrari.
The brand does not live up to the dream that Enzo started.
I don’t know what I have done wrong to deserve such treatment and not be valued as a customer.
In my opinion buy a Lamborghini from a dealership that respects its legacy.

Jack at Maranello Ferrari Egham…

I purchased a car through Jack at Maranello Egham in Jan 24.
I had previously visited the dealership and explained to Jack, the model, colour and spec that I was looking for. After a few weeks Jack called me with details of the perfect car for sale and I arranged a viewing and was delighted to purchase the car.
Jack looked after the process, kept in touch, sent me videos and pictures, arranged at my request to have PPF applied, sorted out my private plate and generally made sure everything was spot on for the handover on the agreed day.
This is my first Ferrari experiance and it was made special by the way I was looked after by Jack and the Team at Maranello Egham.

Not bad at all 🤔

Not bad at all 🤔
It is fast, but the comfort can be a little bit better. Also, there is not much room for my girlfriend's suitcases, which makes this car suitable only for short trips. I would prefer a yellow colour but all they had in the dealership were red ones, and I needed to wait quite long for a different colour.
Anyway, every penny I paid was worth the quality and the experience this amazing car provides.

Jokes aside, I am a big fan of this brand and I am just writing a review to manifest it 😀

They are good at car manufacturing, without a doubt.
When anyone is dreaming of having a supercar it's either ferrari or lambo, but I'd go for the first one.
There are many of reasons, at least, ferrari produce cars for tracks and races, such as specially designed bolides.
Plus since good old days I have been dreaming of having a chance to drive Ferrari California. And the movie based on the story between Ford and Ferrari is quite awesome, too. Recommended.

A brand of passion, performance, and CLASS

LOL at all the sandal-wearing, baggy-shirt boors walking into a dealership and getting butt-hurt for what what they truly should have been told by their parents.

This is a brand mixing passion, performance and CLASS.

Stick to your souped-up Civic if you don't like it.

For the rest of us, Ferrari is fantastic.

And my last experience has been as great as it's always been.

I'll stick with good ol' ford

Where do I start!? So pathetic this company, I walk in and first thing this pretty boy says is "You must wear a shirt sir." What kind of dealership has got a dress code? Anyway, off the joggers go from my legs and onto my top so I've got a shirt, then security comes and says I'm committing "public indecency?" No idea what it is, all I know is it's a barrel of bloody laughs. Rightfully so I give him a Tyson Fury right hook and look at my future car, looks ok and the lad says it's £128. Perfect, in my 170 quid budget! So I give him £130 upfront becuase I'm generous and he goes "No mate 128 thousand". What a bloody joke! I bargain with him to 140 quid but he's as bright as a rock, just ignores me. Overall, terrible car company, I'll keep my ford Mondeo thank you.

Ferrari: A Nightmare of Maintenance

After a minor accident damaged the servo-steering, I've been stuck in maintenance hell for half a year now and another half year delay was just announced.

The long repair process is unacceptable, but what's even more outrageous is the fact that Ferrari seems to be lacking in spare parts.
So, if anything goes wrong with your car, you're essentially expected to just throw it away and buy a brand new one. Well or maybe keep a garage with 3 Ferrari, then one will always be good.

Compared to my past experiences with BMW and Mercedes, where maintenance only took a mere two weeks, this has been a complete disaster. I've almost forgotten what my car even looks like at this point.

It's not the first time I've had months in delay, it was frustrating and I was prepared to take quite some frustration. But a year in repair is beyond what I can accept. I basically lose 10k in insurance and taxes + 40k in car value during a year of repair-delay.

I regret ever making the decision to buy a Ferrari and wish I had gone with a more reliable and customer-focused brand.
