Pointspay, Ferrari World and Warner Bros cheated me out of my money
I bought my tickets on pointspay and Ferrari world was suppose to sent my tickets on email and they did not. My visit to Abu Dhabi was on the 15/16July. I only received my tickets today 22 July.. When I'm not in the country. I am demanding a refund since I bought 2 park tickets and received none of them. I was embarrassed as I was told that a reference number would not suffice and to spend more money for another set of tickets. This is daylight robbery as now pay point and Ferrari world as well as Warner Bros. are not replying to my emails. Is this what Ferrari World and Warner Bros.. represent.. Then stay away. It is not in my culture to cheat and steal anothers money. Please be careful. These are thieves
Disappointment after seeing the Ferrari World park
We recently visited Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, which is known as the most exciting adventure park in the UAE. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. Despite paying the full admission fee, three of the main rides in the park were not operational. As common visitors, it was very frustrating for us to have spent a large amount of money only to be unable to enjoy the rides we were most looking forward to. It was a major letdown for us as we expected quality time at the park.
I strongly suggest that visitors do not waste their hard-earned money in this park unless they are Shaikh of UAE.

Dreadful experience total and complete waste of time and money - do not visit it is simply not worth it.
I've a suggestion for the owners and management- visit Ferrari world as a general admission and experience the pain misery and frustration of this soul destroying place.
Hopefully my review will save you the frustration in both time and money that you will never get back.
Queue times are not accurate, expect to wait twice the advertised queue time stated.
2 rides out of action on our visit, even Rossa had a delay due to a technical fault.
If you haven't paid for fast track passes then forget most rides as the queue will never move and you will never get on it it's simply disgusting, 10 years ago we visited and it was not like this Ferrari should be ashamed to put their name to this, if I could afford one I wouldn't buy one after visiting this place.
Never again.

Thank you for allowing me to contact you. I would like to congratulate you on having such a great theme park – but the way you treat your customers is terrible. I suggest you look into this as I’m sure it is damaging your business.
YOUR WEBSITE IS BROKEN:
==================
I see you’ve attempted to encourage customers to use your website for ticket purchases by offering a discounts and offers online, but when I try to buy tickets a tachometer pops up on the screen the needle moves a few times, then nothing happens. Sometime I get a message “transaction failed”. Three times I had money deducted from my account but your site won’t issue tickets.
Every time I call Yas Concierge – they say yes that happens a lot. It’s well known in your organization that your website is broken. It’s incredible to find a broken ecommerce web site in this day and age, but somehow you’ve done it. I suspect the staff at Yas Concierge are thrilled to have a broken website as the steady stream of irate customers gives them job security. If the phones just stopped ringing, most of the Yas Concierge staff would be let go right?
THE PROBLEM IS OBVIOUS:
==================
The problem with your website is Amazon Payment Services always fails to process my HSBC UAE debit card. I'm sure this is the problem because I’ve since discovered other sites using Amazon Payment Services do exactly the same thing. I also know the solution – simply call Amazon Payment services and tell them to start acting like a competent service provider, tell them to deliver the service that you are paying for and tell them to stop failing to process UAE HSBC debit cards.
Just to be clear – the bank does not decline the transaction, they put a hold on the customer’s funds waiting for the vender (i.e. Amazon Payment Services) to complete the transaction which they never do. The customer can’t access their funds until the situation is resolved.
I’ve identified your problem and it didn’t cost you a consulting fee. You’re welcome.
YOUR STAFF ARE INFURIATING:
=====================
I’ve spent several hours on the phone with Yas Concierge staff and it’s very time consuming and takes many steps. First I call someone, they take my details over the phone and say they will launch an investigation – then they give me a bunch of excuses why they can’t take action, sometimes they ask me to fill in a form, then they give more excuses. There’s no continuity between different staff members, when I call back, they each want to start the process over again from scratch. I’ve been asked to fill in three forms.
The excuses your staff give make no sense at all. They tell me things like “Your transaction was declined”, “We don’t have you money.”, “Wait 30 days and you’ll get your money back.”. “File a complaint with your bank” and “no I can’t transfer you to a manager”.
My bank assures me the transactions weren’t declined – that’s why my funds are on hold. I know you don’t have my money – the point is I don’t have my money – if you just cancel the transaction I’ll get my money back. I don’t want to wait 30 days to get my money and I shouldn’t have to file a report with my bank because I’m not the one with the broken web site.

as a big ferrari fan it's a big disappointment. We spend a lot of money to go to Abu Dhabi GP and to visit Ferrari World. There was no car exhibition and half of it was closed. Only highlight was the Formula Rossa roller coaster.
Was very fun for my kids
