Ferroli UK began business in the late 1980s when the UK export market was identified as being a promising one. In 1988 Ferroli joined forces with Brassware Sales, a Midland based importer and after nine years of continued growth, Ferroli UK Ltd was established. Ferroli UK swiftly expanded relocating to Burton-upon-Trent Staffordshire in January 2001. Today, Ferroli UK continues to go from strength to strength with a move to new offices and warehouse premises in Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire in May 2021. These further developments have involved a great deal of investment, introducing best practice for greater business efficiencies and logistical planning. The new office facilities are conveniently located on the southern edge of Walton on Trent giving flexibility for future growth as Ferroli UK strengthens its position further in the market place. Consumer demand and the environment are the two main factors that drive Ferroli's development of innovative technologies. Our range of energy saving domestic and commercial boilers and renewable energy products ensure maximum efficiency and eco-compatibility. It is these two factors that keep Ferroli at the leading edge of appliance design. Ferroli manufactures its own domestic and commercial boilers, water heaters and renewable energy products in 12 factories around the world, giving it the ability not only to control quality and price, but also enabling it to innovate in-house rather than relying external companies. "At Ferroli UK we are looking at giving customers a comprehensive range of water heating products from small instantaneous water heaters, to electric boilers to air source heat pumps. We develop cost-effective solutions with high quality products that offer the customer a practical and workable long-term solution. Our Ferroli range is very comprehensive and offers a wide variety of quality products in the water heating market for the UK" - Andrew Buttree, Managing Director Ferroli UK In the UK, Ferroli have made it a priority to develop a strong team with a range of exceptional skills in marketing, customer service, internal sales and technical support: "Ferroli UK is a great team of people who have experience, enthusiasm and passion for the business. Honesty and passion are the two bywords for our way of working – we take immense pride in what we do. The UK operation also offers a comprehensive list of training courses on domestic and commercial boilers including its new electric boiler".

Thanks Karon. You made things happen quickly and better than I expected. Ferroli are good, but they are very lucky to have you on their staff. Kind, efficient ,organised and dedicated, these are qualities you don’t find very often, bunched all in one single person. I nominate you for the Oscar of customer service.
Will and Dillon, the engineers, young but efficient and knowledgable, polite and helpful. Thank you gentlemen, you can be proud of yourself.
Conclusion!
I recommend Ferroli to all. We have 3 boilers installed in our family. And two of my friends followed my advice and had them installed as well.
Merry Christmas to all from Ferroli.

I had a new combi Ferroli boiler fitted, 2 years 5 months ago, the pump has gone!
Just 5 months out of warranty!
When I rang Ferrolli, to complain, they have listened my complaint, and are going to send an engineer out to replace the faulty pump,
A fabulous service, this has made my Christmas, thank you Neville and all at Ferrolli customer Service.

I have had my ferroli boiler for 28 years now and in that time only had about 10 things breakdown but the boiler I have is exceptional. Karon on the customer service team is A1 at her position helped out every time, carried out what she told you was happening to the letter. The only downside was Homeserve's/ferroli boiler cover I have undertaken where they dragged out the problem.
But TOP MARKS! TOP FERROLI TEAM! AND BOILER!

I currently have a ferolli modena and its 15 years young, never caused any problems at all and worked great. Few wee issues in the last 6 months, nothing that couldn't be fixed 😀. I would definitely consider another.

I can not fault my Ferroli experience so far, my boiler has been installed for a few years now and has worked brilliantly. I have recently experienced an issue and was so worried about not having a functioning boiler especially with the impending national lock down taking place this week. i wasn't sure if my boiler was still covered under manufactures warranty i called in and realised that i hadn't registered my boiler warranty. you can imagine the sheer panic that i was over come by. i spoke with a lovely young man who reassured me that everything would be ok. i was advised to email over some documentation and within a few hours i received a phone call from Karon in the service team, i was so relieved to be given an appointment for today. the engineer has not long left and my house is warm. I am genuinely shocked at reading some of the below comments. my family and i are so grateful to Gary the engineer and the service team at Ferroli. i can not thank you enough.

I am an installer and breakdown tradesman and speak from personal experience.
I was recently incensed by a review below where Santosh was refused warranty on a product because of 'dirty system water' (product does not have any system water) and it being 2m above ground. if that was the case and 2m is deemed a Health and Safety risk, then there won't be many light bulbs being changed in future,
As a result of the review, I had a call from Karen at Ferroli and had an interesting and frank conversation about past wrongs and the current direction.
Ferroli were one of the first brands to bring combination boilers to the UK when Brassware Sales imported them - and they were pretty decent, especially given their modest pricing. For whatever reason, Ferroli ended up at the lower price bracket in the market and the brand was often cheap and piled high in builders merchants and DIY stores. The result was many of their boilers were thrown onto the wall with no prepararion and no installer aftersales support. The older boilers could cope but when Ferroli introduced condensing models in 2005, it all turned nasty. The product was built to a price and was marginal at best. Even those installed properly would develop random leaks. Given the low price point of the boiler, there wasn't much left in the kitty for warranty at Ferroli. And that is when they became a running joke in the industry as the products were failing faster than they could fix them. Warranty was often refused and homeowners were left high and dry (well, wet, actually as leaks were main problem).
Things have indeed changed in the last two years. It appears that there has been a significant rethink and reorganisation at Ferroli UK. It is a brand new product and looking at the technical documentation, appears to be no worse than the 'respected' brands costing 40% more. The ten-year warranty is an outstanding proposition, provided they can honour it. Having spoken to Karen, they seem pretty determined to rebuild trust in the brand.
They deserve a special mention for parts pricing; Inexpensive boilers often have incredibly expensive spares - but not Ferroli. They are pretty reasonable in my view, and they are easy to get hold of.
Another point for not taking a credit card number up front when you request warranty service - many manufacturers do this, including the big ones that you think are the best (they aren't - they just spend a lot on advertising).
If you are considering a Ferroli, it is not the boiler you should be checking out - you need to look at who is installing it and how they are going to install it. The installation labour is likely to cost as much as the boiler if it is to be done properly. You are much better off fitting one of these properly than a more expensive boiler fitted on the cheap.
Ferroli need to give Karen a pay rise.

DO NOT BUY A FERROLI BOILER!!
We had 2 faulty boilers. The customer service was a disgrace, same rude lady. The engineers just as bad. Management don’t care what you have to say. No apologies for the behaviour of their staff. Worst ever Boiler and worst ever company. KEEP AWAY!!

we install in our property water heater sky eco F17m not even one year is broke down so I call customer service they happy to check. they came and they said they will fix this not same day another day . so we didn't heard from them so 4 days later I called they said they cant fix because previous certify engineer they install water heater 2meter up from the ground so their warranty cant cover us. so I called my previous engineer he said it should be covered by warranty so this is some kind of Froud warranty cover. I checked all the warranty they did not mention any kind of 2meter thing. I will never use their product. never I will suggest don't use their product

I had a Ferroli Optimax 38c for 12 years initially after few months had an small issue the only one in 12 years “divert valve” covered by warranty Still working very well however being 12 years old decided to replace with another Ferroli updated version before the winter start and now that covid situation is better just for piece of mind...I am sure will last at least as the previous one , even if Uk plumbers hate Ferroli! It comes with 10 years warranty so trust on it And on my personal experience..

Unfortunately had to dramatically change my view due to Ferroli UK customer service not respecting the 10 years warranty, claiming in the last repair Apr2022 after initial call in Jan 2022 they found internal hidden components damaged, which I replied is the reason why a warranty is in place since the gas engineer who installed the boiler couldn’t see anything wrong and certainly after commissioning the boiler and checking everything was working properly did not feel the need to unbundle the boiler to check piece by piece?! even Ferroli technicians needed several visit and inspection to find such damages, so pretending the engineer who installed the boiler to be responsible to spot such issue clearly show Ferroli UK dishonest approach
Ferroli refused to organise a meeting with an independent gas engineer to validate their view as they just walked away from their obligations.
Updating to 3 stars as finally after involving an independent gas safe eng. confirming I did everything correctly Ferroli recognised I was right and revalidated the 10 years warranty,

I have an old Ferroli 80e boiler which had a few problems and not maintained in correct manner by other ad hoc companies coming out to repair on yearly service intervals- I contacted Ferroli and they carried out completed full service, changed a few parts and it works as good as any other new boiler now.
I have nothing but praise for the customer service team and their team of Engineers that come out, I was nearly going to buy a new boiler but it now works as good as possible so thank you for your expertise Ferroli.
I wish to thank the engineer and Ferroli for fixing my boiler today. Much apprecited

We had to ring customer services about a problem with the boiler in our son's new flat. The lady was very helpful and was able to arrange an engineer to come later that day. The engineer was thorough and knowledgeable and although the boiler could not be saved his professional advice helped.

The worse experience I have ever encountered the customer service is absolutely appalling! My boiler has broken a few times now, & every time I call, they tell me I am in breach of my warranty as I haven't done XYZ. When the engineer finally attended my property, he was happy that I had done as they requested. I called today, as the same problem has happened AGAIN, to be told my warranty is invalid!! I am absolutely baffled, as the complaint handler last year told me they had reinstated my guarantee & was I happy to close my original complaint. I agreed as I thought they done what they said! Today I have had to call 10 times. I asked to speak to a manager & was told NO! Then a manager did call me back & say as a gesture of goodwill; they will attend my property but not until Monday, which is 4 days away! I explained I have a vulnerable person here & it is vital we have hot water, but they said sorry nothing they could do! I honestly cannot believe how badly my family has been treated! I could go on & on the company has left me no choice to continue to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman as I am afraid they’ll continue to put a plaster on the boiler, rather than fix it properly! Avoid this company at all cost, save a little more & get a better boiler.
