When you have chosen the lights you require from our low voltage ConnectGo range, it is essential that a power source is purchased to power them. This D battery box (batteries not included) is manufactured specifically for use with this range and will power up to a maximum of 400 LEDs. Our medium battery box features a 30cm black cable and boasts 4 different functions, which are listed below. Next to each function, you will find the maximum running time for each setting. This will, of course, vary depending on the brand of D batteries used: 1. On-Steady (1 week) 2. On-Twinkle (2 weeks) 3. Timer-Steady (4 weeks) 4. Timer-Twinkle (8 weeks) Each time you switch the lights on, the built-in memory chip will automatically select the last function used. The handy timer function allows you to leave the lights switched on; they will remain illuminated for 6 hours, before turning off for 18 hours and then turning back on at the same time as the previous day.

I ordered outdoor lights and a battery pack, something didn’t work and had a burny smell coming from the battery pack. I emailed about this and they sent out a new battery pack which now works. They look fantastic!

We're so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. However, our a member of our Aftersales team has tried to give you a call on two occasions; after receiving a call back request from yourself when our phone lines were very busy when you initially attempted to make contact with us. They have also sent you an email explaining that, whilst we would usually ask for the item back for inspection, as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion we have processed a replacement without the need for return. We will also refund the £5.99 delivery charge as you were not able to set up your lights fully for your weekend event. If you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

These are fine but the wire running down the tube needs to be positioned in the groove to stop the batteries jamming.
